In other words, it is in “the heart of Ocean Beach” which is known for its more casual beach lifestyle. This studio has a queen bed and a full bath with a large walk-in shower, a seating area, and a great work space nook, as well as a kitchen with a refrigerator, a gas stove and oven, a sink, a microwave, and a coffee maker. Its private patio is a great place to enjoy morning coffee, or an evening libation after your day’s adventures. Great sun exposure in this quaint patio for you and your loved one(s)! Additional amenities include a portable heater and air conditioner, and WIFI and cable, as well as 1 driveway parking space. The maximum number of people who can stay in this studio is 2. THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS HOME: Easy Check-in: Keypad door lock to your studio makes check-in easy at any time of the day after 4pm. Your personal code will be provided on the day of arrival. This studio is part of a duplex, and shares a wall with another tenant. There are clear designations for each rental. Maximum occupancy is 2 individuals. Please note: The airport is centrally located in the city; therefore, you will hear airplanes when visiting San Diego. Flights begin around 6:30am and stop around 11pm. This may be bothersome for some people but most of my guests have said it is not an issue. Earplugs are provided as a courtesy. A portable air conditioner and heater are provided. This home is in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
