My mother and I had Mom, daughter vacation. She loved being so close to the beach. We were able to bring our small dogs. Very safe. Fully furnished kitchen. Wanna wanna so close. Umbrella and chair rentals were awesome! The house even had a kennel! We would come back to this house in a heartbeat!

Super beach cottage home! 1 block from the beach, you can actually see the ocean from the front balcony. It’s terrific location in all. The property was super clean, well equipped, and on a nice street, with friendly neighbors.

We had a great stay at this beach house, it was a short distance from beach, all the necessities were there and we had a perfect view of July 4th fireworks from the back of the house. The only thing we would change are the pillows, other than that, it's a perfect stay.

The house we rented on 115 Aries, South Padre Island was roomy, very clean and comfortable. Safe neighborhood and dog friendly. We love the fact that it was minutes from the beach. Guest contact Craig great attitude and very helpful. Awesome experience!!...Highly Recommended!

This is a very cute house- so close to a beach access. Extra beach towels are a nice touch. Could use minor updates like new pillows and/or mattresses; they are worn. Also, there was no soap for hands or shower. Not a huge issue but inconvenient.

The property was wonderful and had nice touches around the home. Loved the guestbook and seeing what other people wrote. It accommodated my family traveling and we loved the kitchen and Murphy bed. Our family dog was able able to come too. They also help some amenities to use for the beach. Great host and wonderful stay

The location is fantastic - short walk to beach access or the bay - sunrise and sunset views over the water. Quick drives to all restaurants and attractions. Great fishing in the bay. We had a great time. Property manager was available for texting and communicated throughout trip.

It can be hard finding something nice that's also pet friendly. So the fact that this was pet friendly, super close to the beach, had covered parking and a large room with two separate beds for our kids was perfect! We loved the proximity to the beach and all of our favorite places. We really loved that our kids didn't need to share a bed or even do a bunkbed and had something bigger than twins was one of the main reasons we booked here over other places. We were also very surprised to see a dog cage already in the home waiting for our dogs, that was a really nice touch. Also after we left we were contacted because one of our kids left their kindle and they'll be shipping it to us, so really great customer service! Thanks for letting all of our family come and stay for a bit!

This home was perfect for our vacation!! The room with 2 full beds gave our two boys the space they needed to unwind and play! Comfortable beds and couches, and we loved the modern touches! The only issue was the floor wasn’t as clean as we would have liked when we arrived, but it wasn’t a huge deal since we were gone most of the day. We loved being able to walk to the beach with our 4 and 5 year old! Perfect location!!! Everything about this home was great!

Only a few minutes from the beach, this place was perfect for me and my family. Place was very clean and welcoming. It was stocked with towels, kitchen essentials. The shower was amazing. My family really enjoyed our stay.

If we go back to SPI we will stay here again. The short walk made going back and forth to the beach easy for us (parents and 3 young kids). The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was easy to cook in and had all the cooking equipment needed. Highly recommend this property!

This place was better than any other VRBO rental I’ve ever used. The others were good but this one was great! The house is a couple of walking minutes away from the beach, wanna wanna bar, burgerfi, and even a thrift store! We did not want to leave. I will definitely return. The entire process was smooth. The VRBO website itself was having technical difficulties but I was able to reach the owner and all was great from that point forward. The neighborhood felt safe and the house has so many amenities. My favorite part was the dual shower heads! No tub but I prefer taking showers 😊

Great Stay in SPI

Stayed for 2 nights, quick trip into SPI, travelled with my wife and our 2 kids, 12 and 14 and our 2 dogs. Property was great. Clean, well appointed, modern with everything we needed. Deck was great for relaxing to have a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Outdoor shower was nice to be able to rinse off after a day at the beach. Easy walk to the beach and helpful having chairs and few toys supplied so we didn't have to pack them. Bikes supplied as well even though we didn't get around to using them. Communication with property owner was quick and easy, they answered any questions we had very quickly. Overall, I would highly recommend, we would definitely book here again in the future.
