The home features themed bedrooms, a state-of-the-art game room, a private pool and hot tub, an in-home movie theater, and tons of other unique amenities. ☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆ The eight-bedroom home can sleep up to 20 guests comfortably and each bedroom is tastefully designed keeping all age groups in mind. Bedroom 1 is located on the first level and is outfitted with a king-size bed, a crib, and a private en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is located on the first level and features a king-size bed. Bedroom 3, Bedroom 4, and Bedroom 5 are all located on the second floor and all come equipped with king-size beds. Bedroom 6 is a NASA-themed bedroom, complete with fun decor, 2 full-size beds, and a TV. Bedroom 7 is made for the Harry Potter fans in your group and features twin bunk beds and 1 twin-size bed. Bedroom 8 is Cars-themed and boasts twin bunk beds and an additional twin-size bed. ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ The villa offers five full bathrooms - three of which are en suite and two of which are Jack & Jill style bathrooms. ☆☆ KITCHEN ☆☆ The sleek and fully stocked kitchen has everything you'll need for whipping up tasty group meals, including an oven, stove, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, and more. Enjoy your meals at the breakfast counter (which offers seating for 6), or head over to the large dining table which can seat up to 12. ☆☆ LIVING ROOM ☆☆ The living room is the perfect place to lounge after a long day of family fun. The whole family can enjoy movie nights on a big projection screen that measures over 120 inches! Pick between a comfortable recliner chair or one of the bean bag chairs, then with your popcorn in hand, press play! ☆☆ LOFT ☆☆ The upstairs loft is Tiki Bar-themed and offers additional space for playing, watching TV, and relaxing. ☆☆ OUTDOOR AREAS ☆☆ You could also spend some time relaxing in your own private heated pool and hot tub. Tucked into a screened lanai, the spa area is great for sunbathing, relaxing, and splashing around for an afternoon or two. *The pool heat works on heat exchange and depending on external weather conditions it will heat 1 degree per hour to reach its temperature setting (Pool 88 degrees and Spa 102 degrees max). Subject to additional pool heating charges . You will also have access to the resort's luxury clubhouse - the Hideaway Club. The resort clubhouse amenities are free to all guests and include multiple sports courts, children's playgrounds, as well as a resort-style swimming pool with a splash park. The Hideaway Club is also a full-service restaurant and bar. There are multiple activities to enjoy with your friends and family such as mini-golf and kayaking. We were an extended family of 11 (ages 5 to 72) staying the week before Christmas. This house was convenient to all the Disney Parks, as well as Universal. There was plenty of room for us to spread out. The house was immaculate, beds comfortable, etc. The game room and the theatre room was nice for the kids to play/hang out in. There were a few minor things that I think this property could improve on, and I communicated this to the owner. These items were nicer, more absorbent bath towels (the ones provided were dollar store quality); more than 4 kitchen trash bags, 4 laundry pods, 4 dishwasher pods to be provided (most VRBO's provide these items). Overall, a great stay and I'd highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed staying at the Magic Mansion. We had fun with the arcade game, karaoke, x-box and theater room. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group was perfect. We also loved the pool and hot tub and were in it every day. It was also a great location for all the other places we went such as Walt Disney World, Universal, Gatorland, swamp airboat rides and the beach. Would recommend it to anyone!

Everyone really enjoyed the place and it was as advertised. Owner was very communicative, though FYI a lot of the info went to my spam folder so be on the lookout for that.

The house was just as shown online. Everyone loved the rooms. We had a friend with us who needed to work while he was there and we had an issue with the WiFi which the owner of the house was able to help us with in a timely manner! She was very kind.The kids absolutely loved the pool and the best part was it was already heated. So my daughter and husband actually wanted to be in the pool. The target is within a 10 minute walk from this house which was a great way to start the day by grabbing a Starbucks first thing. The resort pool was also beautiful and the pool was not freezing which we loved and they have a shuttle service to take you anywhere on the resort. There were 9 of us and they could take 7 at a time with 2 kids in laps. There was a stroller included with this property which came in very handy.
The only problem we had was our parking pass wouldn't scan to let us in the gates but all we had to do was press the call button, let them know our pass wasn't working and they opened the gates.
There is an old town Kissimmee area with a few carnival rides and some really cute little shops and restaurants. It was pretty busy on the weekends and they have karaoke on Thursday nights on a big stage down there which was very fun!
If you flew in through Sanford airport and have the time they have a zoo and botanical center within 20 minutes of the airport to take up some time before you fly back. There was tons of shade and indoor areas to take advantage of.

This house was great, it was clean , as described , just a couple things happened during short stay. The filter wasn’t working in pool, and spa didn’t work it was fixed after three days , owner asked me to add water to pool I think she thought water was below those areas which would make them stop working but that wasn’t case. After it was fixed it was great but just wish it was fixed right away . There are also neighbors all around you and if they like to party , which they did during our stay, it gets a little loud . There is a quiet time rule starting at ten but our neighbors partied all night . The kids slept through it because the upstairs bedrooms kind of block it out. All in all great rental no need to heat the pool its Luke warm, and if your staying for a full week you might need to buy trash bags . They pick up trash daily which is great for large groups ! Movie theater was a plus, game room too!!!!

Me and my family had an amazing time. Host was super friendly and great with everything. House was extremely clean and absolutely perfect. Kids loved the movie room and game room. Also great location from parks.

This was a really nice place to stay with family as we visited Universal Studios and Disney World. Lots of room and lots of attention put towards details to differentiate this property from others.

My kids ranging age 3-21 really enjoyed the property. A lot of things to do. We all enjoyed the game room. Housekeeper was so nice, and the owner made the entire process easy.

Great house - my kids (8,8,2.5) loved it. Property manager very responsive and helpful. Pool heat was on when we got there and there were even some complimentary snacks. We will stay again!

We had a large group of family staying together. The ages ranged from 3 to 60+. The game room and pool were a hit with the kids and the movie room and size of the house was just what the adults needed. Everyone was able to spread out and enjoy their stay. We had a busy schedule but we could have easily spent a whole day at the house and everyone would have been entertained. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for sharing your vacation home!

Our trip to the Magical Mansion was wonderful! We had a group of 18 guests. With all the recreational space the house never felt crowded. The game room, pool and theater room was awesome for kids and adults! We had some small hiccups throughout our trip, but the owner and property manager were always reachable and prompt to help resolve the issues! The house was 15-20 minutes from Disney world, there was a Target right around the corner and a Walmart less than 10 minutes away.

The property was beautiful and we really had a great time. There were a few issues such as the ice machine, theater room, & hockey machine not working but the property owner sent maintenance to come and fix it. I also wish there was an option for a later check out but it was such a lovely experience it really doesn’t hinder my opinion.

The property was nice and clean. There were essentials such as laundry detergent, seasonings, coffee. The whole family enjoyed the game room and theater room. It was nice to have pool toys as well. The property managers responded quickly to all our needs and were very pleasant. Will definitely stay again!

We were completely satisfied with our stay! The home was very spacious and the pool clean! The water park was only minutes away. The only problem is the slides were not open either time we went to to pool area. Other than that out stay was great in a convenient location.

Property is exactly as shown but even better in person! The rooms are huge and very cozy. There were so many amenities I was surprised. We loved it. The community it beautiful and everyone was friendly. Would give 10 stars if possible! This property does not disappoint. Our host was very accommodating and und.erstanding of last minute changes and always responded promptly when contacted. This was awesome! Please book if considering for a large group. We had extra beds with 10 people. Part of the family didn't come but we still would have had extra beds if they had!
