The Quiet Tide Condo was a very nice and comfy vacation. Jody went out of her way to make sure our stay was effortless and carefree. The condo was exactly as the web site indicated and more. It was close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants by coligny plaza. We would definitely come here again.

The condo was large enough to handle our family of 11. Two were babies...the baby gates and pack in play came in handy! The kids loved the pool. The condo was peaceful and quiet. We were just a short distance to the beach.

This was our fourth year taking a family beach trip to Hilton Head. This is the only place we’ve wanted to rebook. So clean compared to other places we’ve stayed. Owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. Place is nicely decorated. Plenty of room for everything and everybody. Even with young kids and all the beach gear required for young kids, we were able to walk to the beach and the pirate playground near Coligny. Pool is right behind the condo. Plenty of parking. We loved staying here!

We had 7 people in our party, all adults. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip. The Unit had a storage closet with beach chairs, pool toys, 2 adult bikes and a wagon. All were well utilized during our stay. The walk to the beach was about 8 minutes down the flat road and then across the street for beach access. Not bad for all adults moving on our own power, but may be challenging for a group with young children. The unit had gates that could be used for young children at the top of the stairs and at the bottom as well as a pack and play. The pool was very close and large with indoor restrooms. There were bikes you could rent in the parking lot via scanning the QR code. The unit was very clean. The upper floor got fairly warm even with the ac turned on high, and there was no balcony, but otherwise a very comfortable stay. The owner was responsive to our questions and always responded immediately.

From start to finish our stay was a perfect vacation with our family! The home was a perfect lay out for all of us to have space but be together, my husband and I and our 2 children were up stairs and each of the grandparents had their own space down stairs. Jodi was wonderful as a host and if I had the option of 10 stars I would give it! We are already planning a return trip for us all again next year if not sooner, the walk to the beach was easy for the kids and older adults, I couldn’t have asked for a better home that was not my own but felt like it! Such a perfect trip and time with family and can’t wait for the next!

The condo was in a perfect location, it was clean and well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet also. Jody was an excellent host and answered any questions we had within seconds. We would definitely stay here again!

Jodi was super communicative and helpful from booking through check out. The place was a perfect location between restaurants, tennis and beach. All walkable. Place was clean and had plenty of space for our group. Really enjoyed hanging out on the large comfy couch watching movies and catching up with friends. Thank you.

Jodi was a great host. Check in instructions were available in a timely manner and she sent several texts to make sure everything was good and the house met are expectations.

Lovely spacious property with plenty of room for our family and our dog. Well stocked kitchen and very clean condo. Quick walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place for kids and adults

Wonderful 4 bedroom property with beautifully decorated and comfortable furnishings. Within walking distance of everything we needed. Great host that remembers the little things!

This was the perfect vacation spot in Hilton Head! Just lovely home with plenty of space. Really felt so warm and welcoming! Jody was amazing to work with and so completely accessible! Great location! Quick walk to the beach and the pool is a hop out of the door. I would easily stay here again on another vacation!

We booked this rental for my daughter’s 16th birthday beach trip with friends. It was very spacious, clean and in a great location. We love all the food and shopping options at Coligny so having a place within walking distance was our main priority when looking for a place. Jodi was an excellent host! Highly recommend.

Very easy to find and get to. We had our daughter and granddaughter with us as well as our family dog. This is a very family friendly and dog friendly Vrbo. Plenty of space to spread out, or sit together for family breakfast and dinners. We enjoyed the easy beach access, and everything was very clean, and working condition. Jodi was extremely interactive and immediately helpful with concerns or questions! 5 star for sure.

We had a family trip for my son's 1st birthday and my dad's 68th. The location was perfect for the beach and a nearby park that we walked to every day. Jodi is great to work with and communication was awesome. Thank you again!

The place was wonderful and the host was incredible

Absolutely loved this place! Decorated very nicely! And very clean!! 5 min walk to beach access and then 5 min walk down the access to beach. Pool right behind condo, we loved it and was not very crowded! Jodi is by far one of the nicest, most helpful persons I have worked with on vrbo! (and I have used vrbo a lot!)

The condo was very quiet and just as described online. Jodi was a great host, and we would definitely stay here again! On the first day, we took the tent to the beach and noticed it was damaged (from a previous guest), and Jodi overnighted a new one to the house the next day. Just one of many ways that he goes above and beyond!

First, the property owner was always available to answer any questions about anything regarding condo or Hilton Head amenities throughout our stay. Her place is beautiful, and very close to beach and Coligny Plaza. Definitely recommend her condo!

The unit itself was great. It was very clean and well kept. The only drawback to this property was the distance to the beach. It was about a 10 minute walk for us. Our host was fabulous, very accommodating, and so easy to work with. She went above and beyond to make our stay a great one. Overall a great vacation and would be willing to rent from our host again.

The condo was clean, open and comfortable. Jodi is super easy to work with and keeps regular communication. Access to the beach wagon, chairs and toys was a major bonus. The one thing I didn't realize is that the condo is on the second floor, and also has additional stairs to the 3rd and 4th bedrooms. So if anyone in your party has mobility issues this could be an issue.

Very nice and spacious villa. Tastefully decorated and furnished. Jodi Toth has been a wonderful host. She communicated with us several times before and during our stay to make sure everything was in order and we were comfortable! I would highly recommend renting it. The pool is nice and Van Der Meer tennis next door. We would not hesitate to come back to the villa for another family trip!

Really enjoyed our stay here. House was in a great location, easily walkable to a lot of places including the beach. Spacious and clean, I would absolutely recommend this place. Community pool was great and if you’re a tennis player the facilities are great including a few covered courts.
