The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The bonus room sleeps two guests in a comfy daybed with a trundle. Need extra sleeping space? Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. This home was perfect! Great location, clean, and comfortable. It was quiet. My family has been coming to SPI for years and this is by far the best place we’ve stayed. Highly recommend! I will stay here again.

We liked the location of the unit which is facing to the beach. The sunset was great. It’s a great place especially if you have teens. You don’t have to stay with them while they are in the beach because you can see them from your balcony. The things that we did not like are; there were some cockroaches in the kitchen. The master bedroom beds was not comfortable .

Vacasa offered to send someone to clean but I can tell you after you are in the unit and have all of your belongings unloaded you don't want someone in there cleaning. The furniture could not have been dusted in 6 months it was so bad. Floor around the edges could not have been cleaned in a long time, the center of the floors was clean. Requested and they did bring new clean bathroom rugs very promptly. To the owners you need to replace the bed mattress in the master bedroom, it was about as bad as it can get, the other rooms were fine. Shower curtain in second bath was beyond horrible, found a new one in the closet and replaced it ourself. Roaches in the kitchen was getting bad when we left. We love Suntide II just won't stay in this unit again.

We had a great time... we also feel like the owners had thought of everything. The room was a bit dated, but clean. We didn't spend much time in the room because it is perfectly located!

This rental was exactly as pictured. Beautifully decorated, having 2 bathrooms was wonderful and the view was amazing. We had everything we needed to start out (paper towels exct) Access to the beach was perfect. My only regret was that I had to leave. I will not hesitate to use TurnKey for my next vacation rental.

From check in the A/C didn't work,we gave it a few hours hoping it would cool down, no luck also realizing the refrigerator/freezer wasn't cooling after putting a bag of ice in the freezer and a wedding cake in the fridge and the ice from the freezer was melting and leaking into the fridge all over the cake,Called Turnkey and they placed a work order and said we should get a call shortly by 10pm still no call so we called again and were told 10 minutes, 30 minutes later we get a text message from maintenance asking us to go reset the breaker in the bedroom and we probably had to much stuff in the refrigerator and it will take 24 hours to cool down�� we had a cake and a bag of ice! We reset the breaker for them and the fridge starting cooling but the a/c still didn't work, we were told if it still doesn't work tomorrow let us know. Called again and they finally showed up at 11 we had to wait to let them in. The capacitor was bad and hours later we got go enjoy what was left of our day. They did nothing about the damaged cake or no ac for day and half, we asked for an extra hour for late check at 11 instead of 10 for our troubles and they refused! I didn't think we were asking for much considering the problems we had. I definitely feel like we were treated like **** and no we will not be referring any friends and family to this property so they can experience ****** service if it arises. Such a shame for what we paid that we couldn't sit back and enjoy our time trouble free.

It felt like home
Being able to see my family play on the beach from my balcony was the biggest plus. Fully equip kitchen made it easy to make meals. We truly enjoyed ate stay . Relaxing in the jacuzzi while listening to the ocean waves was amazing.

The ground floor unit was ideal for us providing close proximity to beach access, pool, and hot tub. Beds and baths were adequate for all and the kitchen provided all we needed. We dined out each night and many restaurants were close. My only suggestion would be to modify the description to add Keurig in addition to regular coffee maker. Thanks for a delightful stay!
