About this house rental

Nestled in Chattanooga, this attractive house for $285 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This is a cozy and charming 4 bedroom rancher with a 2 bedroom loft in the back above the detached garage. It is full of comfort and warmth nestled at the foot of Lookout Mountain and Raccoon Mountain. Convenient highway access puts you downtown in minutes! With tons of great food options and activities to do downtown. Nearby there are also multiple trails and attractions like Rock City, the Aquarium, Ruby Falls, and more. The front main Ranch house has 4 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. There are smart TV's in 2 of the 4 bedrooms along with a 50 inch smart TV in the living room. Out front, there is plenty of parking as well as some additional parking behind the house in front of the detached garage. Above the garage is where the 2 bedrooms 1 full bath Loft is, which is accessed by an outside staircase attached to a large deck. This deck provides awesome views with an outdoor table and chairs. Please note the stairs to enter the loft are fairly steep and may be difficult for those with mobility issues! Each room has its own tv in the Loft. Both of these units have full kitchens with basic cooking ware, silverware, plates, bowls, cups, mugs, etc. Each unit also has a Keurig with several different coffee options available. These units do not have a dishwasher. Weather and Outages! Please note: There will be no refunds in the unlikely circumstance that there is a power outage during your stay or if the weather is not cooperating. We do not have any control over the weather or outages caused by nature! We highly suggest you purchase travel insurance to be preventative in case something happens and you need to cancel.

The rental had Plenty of space to accommodate larger groups. The rental is located next to interstate so there is a level of traffic noise, but each room Has a noise machine in it. The place could use more attention to detail on cleanliness. It looks as their cleaners only do surface cleaning. I Messaged management with issues and they were promptly resolved. The management is quick to respond and resolve any issues. I hope this helps with next rentals and management. Susan Myers

Family getaway 9 adults 23-52. Nice house loved the garage apt. Neighbor on the right (3915) doesn’t care much for the property being a rental. They have cameras all over and will stalk the back yard activities. The neighborhood was quiet. Road noise from the highway. Didn’t bother us. Plenty of hot water. Nice linens. Sound machines in bedrooms. This property fit is well. Made thanksgiving dinner, had everything we needed

The property was the perfect solution for my sisters family and my family to attend a wedding in Chattanooga. We were able to stay in the house and her family was in the loft apartment outback. We could have meals together and visit but have our own separate sleeping spaces. Convenient location, clean accommodations and there was an additional house next door that our brother was able to rent. Great time had by all! Don’t hesitate to rent this comfortable space for your next stay in Chattanooga!

This property was great for a group of 7 guys. We enjoyed all the space and the firepit as well as having 6 different beds to use! Would definitely stay again. Proximity to downtown Chattanooga was awesome, communication from host was timely and polite.

We will definitely plan on booking again. However, there were safety concerns. No fire/smoke detectors; no bolt on back door - a 6 year-old could kick it in; needs handrail on front steps. It was convenient and met our needs perfectly as far as bedrooms, kitchen and dining room.

6 long-time friends met up in Chattanooga from MI, TX, AL and FL. Property was perfect location to explore Chattanooga and surrounding areas. Accommodations provided individual rooms for each, and a gathering place for the group in the evening.

Customer service was excellent with River City Rentals. Overall this is a nice place to stay if you are with a group of people who don’t mind sharing bathrooms. There is one full bath off the hall in the rancher and another off the living room of the loft. The half bath (and an exit door) is in one of the rancher bedrooms, which makes it more difficult to use the bathroom. The kitchen was large and well-equipped, but the dining room is small (seats 8 max) and combined with a curtained-off washer and dryer. There is a nice big yard and a quiet street we enjoyed walking and jogging. All the beds are queens, and there is not enough floor space for an airbed if you need beds for two singles or children instead of a couple. We could only accommodate 9, and had to find an additional place to rent for the other three at the last minute because even though we were within the limit of 12, we had mostly singles and children. Sharing the bathrooms would have been difficult anyway. We squeezed pack and play cribs into the two loft rooms by putting them halfway into the small short closets built into the eaves. This worked except once the baby rolled up against the mesh wall of the crib, hit the wood wall, and woke up crying.

Very sweet small home with fantastic detached above-garage apartment in back of property. My 13 and 8 loves the privacy of the 2 BR apartment away from parents. Main home only has 1 shower, so be prepared to rotate and time things out. Excellent location. Can be a little noisy from the interstate, so if you are a super light sleeper, I’d suggest getting one of the 2 BRs not on the front side of house. Directions were clear, and access was very easy.

the property was fine and what we expected. only two very minor comments and #2 is more of a suggestion. 1. the drains in the main house full bath were very slow. 2. there was no barbecue grill

The separate quarters were great for our large family. Young children were able to be put to bed in the garage apartment without being wakened by the other family members in the main house. Loved having two kitchen and living areas. The entire set-up was ideal. Would recommend adding mirrors to all the bedrooms.

Loved the house, loft and location. Everyone had a bed and only 10 minutes to downtown. It was a great place for my sister and our families to celebrate our Christmas! Communication was fantastic!
