This was the perfect stay for our family! This house had everything that our family needed to enjoy our inside time in Flagstaff! Our kids enjoyed the X-box and our teen (and his parents) took advantage of the workout room. We all enjoyed sitting by the fireplace and warming up after being outside in the snow. We took advantage of the crockpot and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Everything was so clean and we all slept well on the comfy beds. Will book here next time we come to Flag!

We stayed here with our family of four and our friends for the weekend. This was by far the cleanest rental I have ever stayed at. The owner was easy to contact and made check in simple. The house rules are clearly defined and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen was amazing and had several appliances that made cooking easy. The backyard was also perfect for the kids to play in the snow without having to leave property. Would definitely rent again!

This is the place where you want to stay! We were two families with kids, and there was more than enough room. The home is beautifully cared for and comfortable, the location is great, and the host has thought of EVERYTHING for a fun and ease filled stay.
Kate was super responsive, and absolutely lovely.

When I booked The Lodge for my family's ski trip over the holidays, I was fairly confident it would work for our group. But it not only met our needs ... it exceeded them. It's easy to tell by the pictures that it's a lovely home, but it's not easy to appreciate how spacious and comfortable it is. The kitchen and great room/dining area can easily accommodate a large group. The gas fireplace provides extra warmth and a cozy atmosphere. The bedrooms are spacious and gave our group of 10 adults, teens and 20-somethings plenty of space to spread out. The house was immaculate and surprisingly well stocked with almost anything you might need. The neighborhood is beautiful and I enjoyed walking my dog through this beautiful forested community. Communication with the owner was excellent. There are 3 flights of stairs to reach the bedrooms, which might not suit a family with very young children, but for my group it was an asset. Since the weather was chilly we didn't take advantage of the beautiful patio and outdoor seating. In warmer weather that would be another plus on this property plus the decks off the bedrooms. I highly recommend this property and I'm so glad we chose it for our family reunion.

Kate's rental was all we could ever have wanted for our family. The listing was exactly as the house appeared and more. The amenities were more than we expected with toiletries i. The bathrooms that travelers could have forgotten, spices and oils in the well stocked kitchen to doggie bowls, treats and accessories. Even though we didn't have a dog, it was over the top to see it was offered for renters. Also the fure pit and workout room were great for our family.We highly recommend this comfortable house in the pines. Thanks so much Kate.

This house was perfect for a little weekend get away in the snow. My family of 5 and our friends had plenty of space to hang out and let our kids play. The Grove of trees served as the perfect play space for my boys. They played in the snow as much as they wanted and loved the little sled the house supplied!
The location was also perfect because we were so close to a grocery store and downtown flagstaff. The kitchen was also stocked with all of the tools we needed to cook a few meals.

My family and myself stayed at this property few days and enjoy every second of it. House is in the middle of the forest, equipped with everything you need, very spacious living room with fireplace, large TV , kitchen with a lot’s of space, dishes, bar area with everything ready to make your own drinks. Upstairs rooms very clean and a lot’s of space for everyone. My granddaughter enjoyed bunk beds room with a bunch of toys. There is so much to say but I will let next guest to share more about. Kate was very helpful and answered all our questions before we checked in. FIVE STARS ⭐️ for everything !Love this house and will definitely return soon!

Excellent! We’ve stayed at quite a few places and I have to say this was one of my favorites. The house was very clean, stylish and beds/furniture comfortable. The host has thought of everything including having extra toiletries in case you forgot some of the basics. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed to make a simple Thanksgiving dinner! Great location in Flagstaff close to the University; easy drive to Sedona and Grand Canyon. We enjoyed walking our dog through the neighborhood and surrounding paths. Five stars from every member of our multi-generational family who stayed for the holiday week!

Our multigenerational family trip (76 year old, 4 forty year olds, 2 teens, and one child) were all extremely impressed with this property. It served as our home base while we traveled to Sedona, Grand Canyon, and eastern AZ....and was the perfect home to return to each night for dinner and a comfortable sleep. This house is spacious, beautifully decorated, well stocked, and centrally located - the owner had thought of EVERY detail, and was extremely easy to work with. If we are every in this area again, we would stay in this VRBO again in a heartbeat!! Thanks for creating the perfect home away from home for all eight of us. It couldn't have been better for our family.

Lovely Vacation Home
The perfect location for a fun-filled visit to Flagstaff. The home has everything to make a visit comfortable: clean, very well stocked with kitchen needs, bathroom needs, games for kids and adults, big bedrooms with very comfortable beds, etc. Our family enjoyed our visit and are hoping to return again someday.

We were able to visit the South rim of the Grand Canyon in an hour and a half, Bearizona in 30 minutes, Lowell observatory 20 minutes in a cloudless night, Sedona in less than an hour, a trip to an arboitium 5 miles away, toured downtown flagstaff and enjoyed a 5 mile hike in the woods from the unit! Perfect location excellent accommodations!

Wonderful stay
We loved our stay at Kate's place. The property was immaculate.
It was also beautifully maintained. We loved her decorating style. The beds were super comfy. There was a beautiful porch to enjoy our coffee on in the morning. Kate also had all the amazing extra touches. Extra toothbrushes incase we forgot, extra paper towels etc. We had an amazing stay and can't wait to come back.

Weekend getaway
My daughter was visiting from Sydney Australia for the first time in 3 years. Also introducing us to her boyfriend. He wanted to see the Grand Canyon. Our other daughter, her husband and their 18 month daughter along with our son were with us. That’s 7 adults and a toddler. More than enough room. Our original plan was to stay Friday see the canyon early Saturday and head back to Phoenix. After entering the home within minutes I said this is a two night home. Impeccably clean and so well equipped. All the little extras! I contacted our host and they were able to accommodate us. I can’t thank Kate enough. We were up early Sunday for the drive back and then to Phoenix sky harbor to say “see you later” to our daughter and her boyfriend.

I am a long-time VRBO renter and this house was amazing. Communication was excellent, the rental was well-stocked with basic essentials, very comfortable beds, very clean, and a nice walkable neighborhood. It was only a short distance from Grand Canyon and after a family trip provided much needed space to relax and rejuvenate. Thank you for providing a wonderful property!
