About this apartment rental
Springs 8892 gives families a front-row seat to River Run Village, with the pool below the balcony and the gondola a short stroll from the lobby.
WHAT YOU'LL LOVE
- 6-minute walk to the River Run Gondola
- On-site outdoor pool and shared hot tubs the kids will love
- King suite with ensuite dual-vanity bath
- Game room with pool table, plus steam room and fitness room
- Private balcony with pool and ski-slope views
- Shared garage parking with EV charging
This two-bedroom, two-bath condo sleeps six in comfort. Grown-ups get the primary suite with its plush bed and private bath; kids or guests take the second bedroom with its own TV, and the sleeper sofa covers late additions. Everyone meets back in the living room, where the gas fireplace glows and the sectional has room for the whole crew.
The kitchen was made for group breakfasts - granite island, seating for four, stainless appliances, and every tool you need before a day on the mountain. When the skiing is done, the building does the entertaining: outdoor pool, hot tubs, steam room, and a game room downstairs.
Evenings, step onto the private balcony to watch the lights come up across the village. Reserve Springs 8892 and give the whole family a Keystone trip they will ask to repeat.
Parking is one unassigned space in the shared garage for one permitted vehicle, with a parking permit provided in the unit to display in your car.
