Nestled in Perdido Key, this lovely condo for $410 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Our 17th floor condo has breath taking views and is almost 1600 sq. ft. It is casual and comfortable with cozy living room furniture, comfortable balcony with majestic view, elegant master.! The master bedroom features a king sized bed and 32" LCD TV and DVD player. The master bath has a jacuzzi tub and separate roomy shower. In the living room, we have comfortable furniture (including a queen sleeper sofa), a 43" Plasma TV and Blu-ray player with apps so you can watch Netflix, Hulu and other streaming services (requires you to use your own account). The second bedroom features a queen sized bed and 32" LCD TV. This bedroom shares a bath with the third bedroom which has a set of bunk beds with a full on bottom and twin on top, a 26" LCD TV and DVD player which is perfect for the kids!! The kitchen includes all stainless steel appliances and the refrigerator provides filtered water and ice. All the cookware, dinner ware and accessories you need are here as well. In addition, we have a high chair and pack n play for use during your stay. One less thing to pack for your family vacation! The Palacio complex offers two pools, one heated, and a hot tub. Beach access is directly off the pool and beach chair/umbrella service is available. Other amenities include a Fitness Room overlooking the Gulf, tennis courts, a conference room that can be rented for events and a DVD rental machine. Plenty of restaurants, bars, shopping and children's activities are located nearby for those times when you can drag yourself away from the pristine beaches and turquoise water. We booked this trip as a last minutes trip and couldnt have been more pleased!! Everything about this property is immaculate!! It was beachfront and the views are perfection!! We will definitely be returning to this beautiful property!! The owner was quick to respond and answering any questions we had. Definitely a 10/10!!

This condo is absolutely beautiful and the views are amazing. Sherri is a great host and very responsive as well. She made sure we knew about maintenance on the elevator before we arrived. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. My whole family enjoyed our 10 days there.

This was our first time visiting Perdido Key, and we enjoyed all of it. The beach was great, especially with the complimentary chairs/umbrella. The condo and view were perfect, clean, and comfortable, just as advertised- no surprises. The only issues we faced were the parking and elevator. The lot to the condo is pretty small, with an overflow across the street. The overflow lot had plenty of space, but not convenient for hauling groceries by a single person, given no crosswalk and having to dodge traffic across three lanes. Additionally, there are two elevators for ~18 floors, and one was down for maintenance; occasionally, we had to wait 15 minutes or so for a single trip up or down. Besides those minor inconveniences, we would stay here again.

Very clean unit with comfortable beds. Kitchen was well equipped and everything worked just fine. The beach set up was a nice touch and the view is amazing. Only draw back was parking but the extra passes really helped. We had a hard time finding a place to park at times returning to the property (we had 2 cars) during the peak times around the 4th of July. Check in was a bit slow just due to large number of people waiting on elevators but after that initial inconvenience the elevators were not a problem. Pool area was clean and kept nice. Grills could use a little maintenance as 2 of them have loose or broken grilling grates and one is loose to the ground. Thank you for providing the Kuerig machine!

We loved the unit! Overall, the stay was great. The tile floors and / or carpets looked clean but found them to be dirty from our white socks. :) Parking was a nightmare. Not enough handicap near the condo.

Don’t forget to pack your binoculars! We saw a lot of sea life from the elevated balcony. The beach was clean and the beach service was a nice addition! Palacio and Shere provided a wonderful experience!

Stayed for 5 days. Nice large master suite. Had 2 additional rooms. We slept 6 adults and 1 teen comfortably. Nice ocean view on 17th floor. Only negative for me was the small smoking area. Probably a plus for most people.

We loved our stay in this unit at Palacio at Perdido! The unit was wonderfully clean, had great furniture and a very cozy vibe. The patio is enormous and the views are immaculate. The patio furniture is also very substantial—we spent hours out there every single day and loved it. The kitchen is fairly well-stocked and the refrigerator and microwave are brand new. Our daughter loved the room with the bunk bed, and I used the third bedroom to take several Zoom calls while working during the week. We can’t speak much to the pools because it was too cold to swim in February, but the hot tub was a big hit with our little one. The beach was lovely and we spent a lot of time down on the sand The unit is in a great location, within walking distance of several local restaurants and a very short drive to Publix, Orange Beach, and many other things. Our daughter went to Innerarity Point Park several times during the week and loved it. We would definitely come back here without hesitation. The host has clearly taken time and thought about personal touches to make it feel like a home!

We stayed at this property for one week between Christmas and New Years. There were 5 of us, 2 adults, our adult daughter (who has a walking disability), and 2 teenagers ages 16 and 18. We are from MI so we were thrilled to escape the blizzard and relax with some sand and gulf views. I will list the pros and cons that we experienced based on our family and needs. Pros: *The view is phenomenal! We slept with the slider open and enjoyed hearing the ocean waves as we fell asleep and woke up. * The floorplan was great as our kids' bedrooms were separate from ours and we could each have our own bathrooms and sleeping space. * The unit was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. * There are grocery stores very close by and plenty of restaurants within a mile walking distance. * Carts are available for loading and unloading your car * Large balcony for playing games, meals and relaxing. * Many games and puzzles to do! Cons: * Our daughter has a walking disability so she cannot walk long distances or do steps. There is no way to get to the pool from inside the building without steps. You have to walk outside and through the parking garage. If you had a wheelchair or stroller or wagon this would be challenging. There is also no way to get to the beach from the building as the boardwalk to the beach from the pool area has steps. The building next door has a ramp instead of steps to the building. Thankfully, my sister was staying in that building so we used their beach access. Again, if you had a wagon or stroller, this would be challenging. We made it work and still enjoyed the beach! * They are doing construction and balcony repair on the building. We appreciated that our host confirmed that there would not be construction on our balcony while we were there. However, they were working on the balconies surrounding us and began working at 7am with LOUD banging and grinding. No sleeping in for us! When I asked the building manager about this, he was very rude and said, "They told me they do not start working until 8am." I replied that they were indeed starting at 7am, and he replied "No, they are not supposed to start until 8am so I don't know what you are hearing." He declined my invite to 7am coffee at our unit. He warned that construction would be going on through March 2023. Overall, we loved our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! Made some great family memories!

Everything at the place was terrific. We only had one issue and it had nothing to do with our place, its the parking issue. They are doing some kind of construction and have taken 40 parking spaces. Many guests including ourselves were forced to park in the grass or on a curb in the overflow parking,,

We had a wonderful family Vacation; my husband and I, my 2 teens and my parents. Plenty of room and the view was outstanding! The beach service was phenomenal - love that they were so considerate to keep us close to the boardwalk to accommodate my mother’s needs. Jellyfish and Paul’s Pizza across the street, and Pedro’s just a short drive away kept us well fed!

The condo and everything About our stay was amazing except on the second day the next door neighbors starting using a jackhammer at 9 am until 5 pm for two whole days. The property manager knew nothing about it so she couldn’t have warned us. She was very apologetic and the condo was amazing .

We stayed in Shere's condo with 2 families/8 people. There was plenty of room for all of us. The condo is just as described and the photos are exactly what you'll find when you stay. The views morning, afternoon and evening are amazing! The host, Shere, is quick to respond and great to work with. She made us aware of an after hours entry code change that was happening during our stay, which might seem small but many other guests at the Palacio were unable to get in because they were not aware of the change. We made great memories with great friends! We will be back!
