About this condo rental
Situated in Perdido Key, this attractive condo for $462 per night is a great option for your next trip. Stunning views and white sandy beaches. We are located in the middle tower of beach colony resort. The unit is a West End unit (sun set views) on the 10th floor. This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom 1750 sq. ft. condo sleeps 8 comfortably. Expansive 300sq ft+ balcony overlooking the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico has 2 rocking chairs, 1 chaise lounger and a teak dining table for 6. New flooring, appliances and recently painted in 2021. The resort has 3 pools (one heated indoor), hot tub, work out facility, tennis/ pickle ball courts, 3 outdoor grilling areas, green space, security, private beach, beach chair service and 2 boardwalks. Great family location near the state park, restaurants, shopping and the famous Blue Angels (Naval Air Station museum). We are the original owners and it is our home away from home. Unit Sleeps 8 (max. occupancy) comfortably. Beds: 1 King, 2 Full, 2 Twin. Beach service provides chairs, umbrellas, parasailing; banana boat rides; surfing; paddle boarding in season. Rental fee applies. In order to limit non guest from using our beautiful, wonderfully located beach, a new guard station is on site at the main entrance. During peak season, security guards will be posted at both sides of our property line to ensure the beaches are used by owners and guest of beach colony only. Beach Colony has one of the most expansive beaches in the area, which is a real plus for guests and renters who want more space between neighbors. Watch the Blue Angel Fly By's. The Naval Air Station and Museum is about a 10 minute drive, great for the entire family. NOTE: in 2020 they required a global entry pass (hard copy) to enter the base. Not sure 2023 status. Call before you go. GOLF nearby- Lost Key (a.k.a. Lost Ball) and Perdido Key Golf Club. Unit has large capacity LG Washer and Dryer, full size appliances, coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, microwave, rotisserie oven, electric skillet, crock pot, panini maker, fully stocked kitchen, coffee filters, dishwashing detergent, sugar. There is a beach service which provides rental for beach chairs and umbrellas if you prefer not to bring your own. You will need to bring your own beach towels. (Chairs-Available during peak season, not the winter months) Very large balcony approx. 300+ sq feet with expandable dining table and 6 chairs. 1 chaise lounge chair. 2 rocking chairs and hurricane shutters.

We sat around laughing telling funny stories drinking coffee or a glass of wine. All while enjoying a grandoise view from an astounding view from the balcony in Beach Colony 10D. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The property manager was very nice and helpful. The only problem was the security team. One man was very hateful. The team was very picky about the pool area. We didn't have a chair at the pool because all chairs were taken. The security guy ask my son-in-law to depose of my grandsons baby bottle since we didn't have a chair to sit it by. Even after we were ask to move it back from the pool 4-6 feet. He still wasn't happy so we gave up and went back to the beach.

This was a family vacation with my adult children. It was absolutely gorgeous and had everything thing you would want for your home away from home. I throughly enjoyed the view from the balcony as well as the beach itself. I would highly recommend this unit and the entire Beach Colony property

Great oceanfront condo!!! Plenty of room and amenities. 3 spacious rooms and 3 full baths was fantastic. Our trip was wonderful and this place couldn’t be nicer. Diana was perfectly detailed on the property. Beach and pool access were easy as well. Definitely would stay here again!!!

We have visited BCR multiple times, never under VRBO but through a realty company. Diana was very easy to work with, efficient, responsive and paid attention to the little details that really made our stay the best one out of the 6 years we have gone. The condo was very clean, had everything you needed- we didn’t leave! We enjoyed it to much and the patio was our favorite spot. We cannot wait to come back again!

This was one of the cleanest condos I’ve ever stayed at. We had no problems whatsoever. Kitchen was well-stocked, instructions were clear and the property owner was very easy to communicate with. The balcony view was perfect and balcony furniture was comfortable and clean. All together a very peaceful and relaxing vacation!!

I just can't say enough great things about this property. The condo was lovely and had all the room needed to feel totally relaxed. The place was immaculate and so comfortable - in fact, my husband is wanting to find out what type of King mattress there was because he wants to replace our bed at home - lol!! We are already planning our return :-)

This is a great property for a girls’ getaway. The condo was immaculate and very spacious. It comfortably slept 7. The pool and beach are steps away and there were various restaurants nearby.

Condo was perfect for us (7 ladies on a beach trip). Plenty of beds and linens. Kitchen was VERY well stocked with an abundance of dishes, glasses, pots and pans. View was fantastic. Hostess was a joy to work with. Location was great--Publix and CVS and ice machine less than a mile away!! I'd highly recommend this place!

We loved our stay at Diana’s condo. Diana had great communication and answered Qs immediately. The view is truly spectacular and the condo is well appointed. The beds and couches are very comfortable and it was great to have a table and chairs and rocking chairs on balcony to enjoy the view during meals and early morning coffee. Kitchen had enough, but if you are a cook like me, you always bring some extras just in case. Beach colony is close to the mainland, making the drive in not as long in beach traffic as complexes closer to orange beach. 3 great pools and 2 private beach access boardwalks. Indoor pool was a favorite (although smaller than it looked in pics) with our kids even when it wasn’t raining. The gulf coast has had quite a bit more jellyfish in the past five years and this summer was no exception, so it was really nice to be able to have so many pool options. For kids, I would also recommend driving towards orange beach to visit the wharf- lots of fun activities there.
There are quite a bit of rules for this unit and complex. None that I don’t follow myself at my own home (no pots and pans in dishwasher, no eating messy food on the couch, no sitting on the couch with wet clothes), but made us feel very nervous about messing anything up. While we loved having comfortable (and high quality!) furniture, it may not be ideal at a beach rental. The complex also requires each person to wear a wrist tag at all times… some of the security guards were extremely particular about it and we felt a little targeted by them constantly asking to see ours.
Check in was tough! Likely because its the end of summer and everyone was checking in at the same time. There seemed to be 50 families waiting on first floor for two elevators and about 8 carts for loading, none of which were available so we just waited on elevators with all of our stuff. The key was a little hard to find (likely bc I was overwhelmed with all the people) but a quick call to Diana sorted it out. The key, like most beach properties, took some finessing to make work.
Overall a nice visit in a beautiful place!

We've been going to Destin for the last 25 years but have been looking for other places since it has gotten so busy. I truly thought Perdido Key/Orange Beach would be another crowd. To my surprise, it was not and everything was top notch. It is a very clean and low level crowd area with everything you could ask for. As for the condo, it was fantastic, beautifully decorated, comfortable furniture, large patio, and great amenities. Will definitely be back. Diana was quick to respond to any questions.

Great property, pool, and beach access.
The unit was in great shape and accommodated our group of 6 with ease. The pool was very nice and the beach access was simple and convenient. The view from the balcony was good, but a little restricting in both directions as there are buildings beside it. The view pictured is true and a great view straight on. The furniture on the balcony is very comfortable. My only change request would be to update to electronic door access instead of having to carry a key everywhere. All in all, we would stay here again.

We could not have picked a better place to stay! This condo was amazing, exactly what we were hoping for! We were a group of 6 women; we paired off -2 per room and bathroom, it was just perfect for us… and so clean! Diana is GREAT and made herself available to answer any questions we had, no matter how ridiculous!! Haha!
I highly recommend, we will definitely be staying here again! Thanks again Diana for being so accommodating!!
