Located in the heart of the Finger Lakes, this adorable 3-bedroom bungalow is located just a short walk from a scenic, tree-shrouded swimming beach. Newly renovated, there's nothing you wont love about this hidden gem! The open floor plan merges the kitchen, eating and dining areas to make meal prep, visiting with your travel companions and relaxing a breeze. A modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, farmhouse sink with sensor faucet and island counter with seating for three make great use of the open space. Pour a glass of your favorite Finger Lakes wine and visit while the chef of your group prepares a delicious meal. Off the kitchen, the living and dining area are equally as lovely and comfortable. Relax on the sofa and read your favorite book after a day of Finger Lakes adventures. Each of the two bedrooms adorn a queen bed and smart TV. The third bedroom is set up with 2 twin size beds for the kids! Settle into your room of choice and enjoy a good night's rest. Crystal Beach Swimming Park is located minutes from the house. With several picnic tables and freestanding charcoal grills, you can enjoy a picnic lunch right at the lake! A short set of stairs leads down to a raised area above the water, where adults can watch their children playing in the water – just bring a folding chair and cooler! The water depth is gradual for excellent swimming. A short, five-mile drive takes you into downtown Canandaigua. Take a ride on the Canandaigua Lady, a 19th century replica paddleboat, sign up for a class at the New York Kitchen, enjoy local cuisine at Nolan's, splash the day away at Roseland Water Park, try your luck at Finger Lakes Gaming Room and Racetrack, or just stock up on groceries at Wegmans and spend your days at the lake! Greenbriar Getaway has one exterior camera at the front door of this home that faces outward. The camera does not look into any interior living areas. Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests. Note: Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in description. Where pets are allowed it is indicated. Otherwise, pets are not allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes. *Outdoor amenities, including furniture/ watercraft/ fire pits are not available between October 15- May 15*

Super cute and very clean house in a quiet neighborhood with sight lines to the water. The photos online really don’t do it justice- very beautifully remodeled and much more spacious than it seems in pictures. Comfortably sleeps 8 and stocked with all the necessities. The management was very communicative and promptly helped us figure out the touch less kitchen sink that we thought wasn’t working… really nice features in the home, beautiful bathrooms and a nice outdoor fire pit spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Would absolutely stay again!
