Located in Hilton Head Island, this lovely condo for $318 per night is a great choice for your next break. Enjoy this updated 2 bed/2 bath condo located in building C of the Tennis Villas that sleeps 6. Steps from the tennis and pickle ball courts and resort is directly on Folly Field beach. The primary bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, and full private bath. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and flat screen TV. Second full bath, living room with pullout couch, flat screen TV, dining area and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is completely stocked with dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker (regular brew & Keurig combo) and standard appliances. Air conditioning, cable/satellite, and complimentary starter toiletries. Outside, there is a balcony with patio chairs and table that seats four - perfect for your morning cup of coffee. We have beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, cooler, and toys. The condo is located on the 2nd floor. It should be noted that there is not an elevator in any of the Tennis Villa buildings and there are coin-operated washers and dryers in the building at the tennis pro shop. RESORT: The Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort is located on Hilton Head Island Beach. The resort offers onsite Tennis & Pickle Ball Courts & Pro-Shop, along with two pools, Jamaica Joe'z Poolside Bar & Grill, Gators Pizza & Wings, CocoNutz Sports Bar with large screens for your sports entertainment, playground, catch-and-release fishing pond and, bike rentals onsite and charcoal grills. Just down the road from the resort (about 1/4 mile) you will find Adventure Cove Miniature Golf & Arcade. NOTE: There is a HOA mandatory $30 parking fee during your stay for the first vehicle. Additional parking passes, if needed, are $30 per vehicle, per stay. Photo ID may be required when picking up your parking pass. No pets are allowed (Resort policy). No smoking/vaping in condo or on patio (Resort policy). Smoking/vaping is only allowed in designated areas. Rental guests must be 25 years of age or older. Guests must provide their own beach towels. Equipment for the tennis and pickleball courts is available at the tennis pro shop. There is a physical fitness gym on property. To obtain a card key for entry into the gym, visit the owner services office in the main building for a guest pass. The pass is free, however, a $20 deposit is required to ensure return of the pass. Damages: It is the guest's responsibility to notify the Owner at the time of check-in if anything in the condo is broken. Photographic evidence is required. The renter assumes responsibility of condo at time of check-in through check-out. A claim for damages will be submitted to VRBO for resolution at check-out. **Protect your investment. Check in is always easy, the condo was very clean. We love HHBT Resort, the security makes you feel a lil more relaxed and the resort is so clean with the perfect entrance to the beach. Also, great food on the property, a beach bar and a pool. This is our 3rd stay and we had a great week!

We had a wonderful week at HHI. I stayed at this condo with my three teenage children, and we had plenty of space. The condo was very clean and comfortable, it did not feel like a “rental” condo at all. It is very apparent that the owners take great care of their property and want you to feel welcome and enjoy your stay. The condo had everything we needed. I would highly recommend staying here.

We have stayed in this resort several times before in rooms closer to the beach and pool but booking a little last minute we found this cute spot and gave it a try. We really enjoyed the ease of getting to our room and how very little foot traffic there was in our building unlike the busy hallways of the previous rooms we had stayed in. Definitely a new favorite with hosts very quick to respond and assist.

I just returned home from a wonderful stay at your condo. I was there with a friend, my son and her son. There’s so much to do on the resort itself and it is a short five minute walk to the beach and the pool. There are wonderful restaurants within walking distance and bike rentals right across from the property. The property itself was perfect for our group of four. My friend and I each had our own room and the boys slept on the pull out couch. We will definitely be staying here again next summer if you will have us!!!

We had such a wonderful stay here for Memorial Day weekend in Hilton Head!! The condo is lovely, roomy and very well-appointed. The restaurant/bars in the complex were very convenient and there so many other wonderful off-site restaurants within a very short driving distance. The poolside bar even had live music while we were there that was so much fun! Great pool, great beach, great shopping! Perfect location to take in all the sites of this beautiful island! We will definitely be back!!

Great villa close to beach and pool, tennis and pickleball, but just far enough away from all to feel serene. Owners were quick to respond to a question, but otherwise you probably won’t need to contact them after you check in. We had all we needed.

wasn't happy with check in process, check in was exactly 4pm, and after driving all day and waiting around with a baby and fridg stuff and baby formula which needed to be in fridg. Even though the room was ready earlier. He did less us in a little early. Also He did not get back to us right away

Wonderful stay at this condo. We’ll maintained for an older complex. Nice pool and beach. Restaurant next to pol nice if you want something quick for lunch. Bike rentals in the parking lot and great tennis courts.

Enjoyed staying at this end of Hilton Head. The property was close to the beach and had several other amendities we enjoyed (fitness room, pool, tennis courts, restaurants. Hosts were great communicators and property was clean and well kept.

Took the family on a weekend beach trip. Place was perfect to stay with 2 kids. Close to the ocean (5 minute walk) and the property has plenty of ammenities. Place was clean and owners were very responsive to questions. I would take my family back here again.

I love renting condos in this area- everything you could possibly need is so close; beach, pool, bar, restaurants, shops, etc. This condo was extremely clean (and I can be very picky!), very comfortable and nicely decorated. It included everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. I love the fact they have extra beach chairs and beach accessories- less bulky items we have to bring. We also enjoyed the smart tvs so we could wind down to our favorite show at night. We will definitely rent here again!

This 2 bed/2 bath condo was well-appointed, very clean, and just as pictured. Available in the unit were various beach chairs, a cooler, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys. Everything in good shape. The owners were quick to answer any question we had and were pleasant to deal with. The sunny and bright unit is on the second floor and the balcony faces the parking lot toward the beach, which is a quick 5 minute walk away. Lovely, wide beach with white sand. We didn't use any of the amenities on the property, but there seemed to be a lot to do....tennis, pools, a playground, bike rentals, etc. We had a nice stay and would book again.
