There is room for your whole group at our Mountain View Retreat with 7 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, and separate casita on property. Beautiful furnishings accentuate the generously spaced interior felt across the guest rooms and living spaces. When you’re not in the resort inspired pool, or by the fire outside, you can get cozy in the theater room, or play ping pong in the game room. This unique retreat is in the luxurious city of Paradise Valley, just 10 minutes from Old Town, Scottsdale. The Space: - Nearly 8,000 SF with 7 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms and 3 half bathrooms - Features 2 master bedrooms and 2 additional ensuite bedrooms - Detached casita with kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living space - Sleeping for 20 in the main house with an additional 4 in the Casita - Guest garage includes parking for 2 cars, with plenty of additional parking on-site - Generous sized and well equipped kitchen with three sinks, large range, and sub-zero fridge - The home is equipped with WIFI SmartTVs and Youtube TV live service, you may also log into your own streaming services (Netflix, Amazon, HBO, Hulu, Etc.) There is no traditional cable TV - Home office with chair, desk, mouse pad, and monitor - Multiple separate entertainment areas - Home theater, air hockey, ping pong, corn hole, and board games for your entertainment - Outdoor swimming pool and hot tub - Outdoor grill Other Things to Note: - Check-in time: 4:00pm | Check-out time: 11:00am - Early arrival is available for a small fee, pending availability - Home is equipped with a smart lock with instructions provided at check in - A remote is provided for the garage - The pool is not fenced so please be mindful of children - Please inquire for pool heat - Pool can be heated to 85°F - Pool must be heated for the entire length of stay, 4 day minimum - The spa can be heated for an additional $150 per night, please request with your inquiry - Gas fireplaces are not for guest use due to safety concerns - Luxekey requires a mid-stay cleaning for any reservation over 14 days - 16 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport - 6 miles from Old Town Scottsdale - 6 miles from TPC Golf Course (Waste Management Phoenix Open) Additional Services (Contact Us For Details): - Additional Housekeeping Services - Outdoor Movie Theater Package - Pool Day Package - Stock the Fridge - Vehicle Rental - Private Chef - Contact Us for Any Concierge Needs Rules, Regulations, and Policies: - Booking guests must be a minimum of 25 years of age and identification must be provided. - No pets allowed. The owner will provide you with pertinent safety information, explain your responsibilities under the Paradise Valley Town Code, and expect you to certify your compliance therewith. - You must not use this property for any of the uses identified in Paradise Valley Town Code Section 10-14-4. Any renter who causes, permits, facilitates, aides, or abets any violation thereof shall be subject to a civil infraction carrying a mandatory penalty of a minimum of $500.00 in addition to any other penalties which the Town may impose. - The use of this short-term rental to house sex offenders is prohibited. - The owner of this short-term rental is required to perform a background check on you and your guests prior to your stay. This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 1 0-195(c). The City of Phoenix short-term registration number for this property is 2023-3767. Very happy with my stay at the Mountain View home. The size was more then accommodating for our group of 17’s golf trip. The house and pool were very clean. The location is fantastic we had no issues making our tee times and many of the restaurants we check out were within a short drive away. 10/10 would stay again!

We had a lovely time staying at this property. There are plenty of comfortable spaces inside the house. We did feel the property could be enhanced with more man-made shade and comfortable seating on the pool deck

We had an amazing stay Mountain View and would highly recommend this property to big groups of friends and family. There’s plenty of room for activities, both Indoors and outdoors, and we enjoyed using the large pool to stay cool during the heat. It’s close to downtown and we had no issues ordering Uber rides for 21 people and our driver picking us up and dropping us off. Very easy to find Overall great property!

This place had more than enough space to hold 17 ladies for 3 days. This was a working retreat and had enough beds, room, and bathrooms to accommodate us all.

Great house for a group of men to gather. House was clean and the local people were great in helping getting us set up. I will use that again for big gatherings--much better than putting people up in a hotel.

After losing our son suddenly in August, we knew our family needed to escape the traditions this year and head to the desert. Kristi, our guest experience contact, went above and beyond helping us create the most amazing Christmas while remembering and honoring our son, Ian. The home was beautifully decorated, the backyard is a perfect escape, the pool offered the most amazing fun to all of the kids, and the beds were so comfortable. Kristi remained in close contact with me to ensure we were comfortable and satisfied. She also went above and beyond in helping me decorate the home for Christmas before our arrival. Not only was the home outstanding, but her help to make it personable made it all the more special. We were able to celebrate the season while remembering Ian for the most wonderful son, nephew, grandson, and cousin that he was. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
