While we want our guests to enjoy all of the outdoor amenities in the home, since the neighborhood is tranquil and upscale, we do not permit any amplified music or boisterous conversations outdoors at any time of day. During quiet hours from 10p.m. - 8 a.m. we do not permit outdoor gatherings, or loud conversations, of any kind whatsoever. Given the placement of the home in the canyon, noise and conversations travels easily up to the homes in the hills and is often amplified due to the acoustics of the canyon.
