The Space: When you enter the SoHa Cottage, using your personalized keypad code, you will find two comfortable living spaces, three relaxing bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a stunning dining room with seating for eight, and a furnished patio. Do you want to be you own chef for the night? Whip up a tasty dish in the kitchen using the provided spices, pots, pans, cooking utensils, blender, and toaster. Do you love BBQ as much as we do? Don't worry, a Weber Propane Grill is provided for all your grilling needs. After dinner, enjoy your evenings on the string lit patio laughing with your family, and roasting marshmallows around the fire pit. You can rest easy knowing all three bedrooms, the pull out couch, and the trundle bed, feature memory foam mattresses. You'll be sleeping like a baby through your entire stay. A room divider has been provided that can be arranged for extra privacy. There is a noticeable temperature difference between the second floor and the basement. Floor fans have been provided in the second floor bedrooms for added comfort. Extra blankets are located in the basement. Please do not park in the street overnight and do not use the fireplace. It is not operational. Thank you! Where You'll Be: You will be staying only a few blocks from downtown but without the hustle and bustle. The Cottage is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with very little traffic. Several wine tasting rooms are conveniently located downtown including 12 corner vineyards, Gravity, and Warner Wineries. Just a few minutes to the north you will find a variety of wineries including Cogdale Vineyards, Fenn Valley Vineyards, and Cranes!

We really enjoyed staying at the Soha House. Communication with the host was excellent. The house was well stocked, nicely decorated, and very clean. The beds were all so comfortable. We would walk downtown and drive to the beach. We also enjoyed spending time in the cute backyard enjoying the lights and firepit. We would definitely stay here again!!

Really cute place. We had 6 people and had to utilize the pullout couch bed. Everyone was comfortable. I would mention if privacy is important that you all share one single shower and only two of the 4 beds have privacy. The other two are in the basement and there is no door to shut out our the sound from the upstairs to the basement or from the bed down there to the couch/bed. So make sure if you plan to utilize this that everyone is comfortable with it. Dishwasher also was not correctly installed and would fall out of its place anytime it was opened.

Adorable home tucked away on side street within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the lakefront. Comfortable, well equipped, and nicely decorated! Excellent communication with owner which made the experience that much nicer. Will definitely return next year!

My mother and I spent a few days in South Haven staying at this property. We liked the house. It’s amply furnished and has a couple of perks about it. I think if you’re a small family the house would be a great fit for you trip. The owner had coffee and toiletries available which was wonderful.

Easy access to everything we wanted. Had carts dropped off and used those to get around and it was wonderful. Upstairs was warm (like explained in the listing) but tolerable for the kids.

I stayed here with my infant daughter, mom, sister and brother in law and we had a great stay. The host, Austin, was extremely communicative and responsive which we really appreciated. The house was charming, spacious and well stocked with supplies and linens. An easy and quick drive into town or the beach. Nice backyard and outdoor table where we enjoyed many meals.

This is an AMAZING property! We loved our stay here and will be back! The property has been newly remodeled with excellent quality and attention to detail! The kitchen is 1st class with fantastic new appliances, Most VRBOs just give you enough dishware for the total Max of people. - meaning you have to run dishwasher after every meal. This VRBO had way more dishes and glasses, silverware that you didn’t have to keep washing g dishes for next meal. They were very thoughtful in that they had extra packaged toothbrushes if you forgot yours. There were TONS of towels and they even had beach towels if you needed them! They gave you extra toilet paper, trash bags, soap etc. I have stayed at VRBOs that give you one toilet paper per bathroom and one trash bag and you end up having to go buy more!!! Not this Vrbo! They left plenty of extra supplies! The only thing you need to bring extra of is some of the Kerig coffee pods The location is great! I walked to downtown and it is only 1/2 mile and for me a 10 min walk to downtown. There is plenty of free parking available if u want to drive downtown or to the beach. The beds are wonderful! Everyone slept great! They are so thoughtful that they have “sound” machines in the bedrooms! The kids slept in the basement and had a slumber party! They loved having their own space. The owners have games to play and cards though we were too busy to play them. The location is great on a quiet cul de sac And has a great backyard. Plenty of parking The owner is fantastic in communication and updates. We accidentally locked ourselves out and he answered the phone on the first ring and told us how to get back in to the house Fantastic communication with him! Also the description says this is a “cozy” house - not! This is a very spacious house with lots of room! Extremely clean, new beautiful comfortable furniture - plenty of dining room space etc. The entire property is well thought out and is high quality I would give this property more than 5 stars if I could! It is one of the best VRBOs I have had the pleasure to stay in!!!

This rental was by far the best we have had in our travels. A true 5 star experience. The house was very stylish, extra, extra clean and so very comfortable. The owner was extremely helpful and kept in contact with us throughout our week stay. We will definitely rent this beautiful home again next year. If you rent, you will not be disappointed!!!!
