This spectacular townhouse is the perfect place for spending your next vacation in TC. The Space: Three stories with your own private rooftop deck. Enjoy the convenience of parking in your own garage. Living room/ kitchen are on the 2nd floor and bedrooms on the third floor. King bed, queen bed, and a pull out couch for sleeping. Smart TVs in both bedrooms and the living room. Take a spin downtown or to the beach on the complimentary beach cruisers. Other Things to Note: There is an additional parking spot adjacent to the building that is available upon request for $25 per stay.

Worked perfectly. Location was great for access to downtown, restaurants, and breweries!! Unfortunately, it was winter so we didn’t get to use the third floor patio. That looked like it has a bunch of potential for a great time in the warmer months. For the winter months it a perfect location for a hot tub, hint, hint!

The condo was very comfy and cozy. The location was perfect; within walking distance of most everything. A couple of suggestions: ceiling fans in the bedrooms would be very helpful for air circulation. Even though the air was on, it got a little warm and stuffy upstairs. Finding the towels was a bit of a challenge as they were left in the dryer. All in all it was perfect for us and we really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Great location in town, walked to beach and town.

The property was clean, new, and comfortable. Check in instructions were timely and easy to follow. Same with the check out instructions. The only negative was that I sent an email and a message through the VRBO app to the owner regarding a question and never heard back. Otherwise it was a great experience and we would rent here again.

Property was spacious, modern, and clean. The location was also great, direct access to downtown and a 5-min walk to the beach. Could not have asked for better accommodations.

There was no extra parking. Everything was under construction. Parked in parking lot next to the building and received a note that they would tow us if we didn’t move.
