We make it easy for our guests. ☞ 2 min walk to the beach ☞ Free parking ☞ Heated pool ☞ AC ☞ Self check-in We provide essentials (linen, towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, etc.) at the beginning of your stay. We recommend getting more supplies for more extended stays. 648 Poinsettia Ave Clearwater Beach 33767 Location, location, location! 500 feet to the beach 500 feet to a park and playground 0.2 mile to public tennis courts Clearwater has a noise ordinance from 10PM to 7AM. Please keep noise down after 10PM. The pool closes at 10:00 P.M Please rinse off after the beach before entering the room. Dumpster is located near unit 136 (on the parking lot). Not allowed: - Smoking in the room (including cannabis) $250 cleaning fee will be applied - Unregistered guests - Loudspeakers at the pool as we do pipe in house music. We do not have a front desk. For record purposes, we communicate through Airbnb messages only. In case of emergencies, you can contact us by phone. Check-in time is at or after 4 p.m. Check-out is at or before 11 a.m. There is no daily housekeeping service. Bedding, bath towels, and basic bathroom supplies, including toilet paper rolls, are provided at check-in. Additional housekeeping is available for an additional $50 fee. Double-check your dates and the amount, and carefully read the full cancelation policy before completing your booking. By booking this Airbnb, you fully agree to the cancelation policy. Under no circumstances will we be able to change the cancelation policy or change the reservation. Do not flush ANYTHING except for TOILET PAPER in the toilet. Paper towels, feminine hygiene products, or trash will clog the pipes. If you clog the toilet, we will charge you a plumbing fee. The plumbing fee starts at $300 The number of guests is defined as the number of guests on the reservation. No additional person staying is allowed at the property. Smoking is prohibited (even if it's medical cannabis). You agree to a $500 penalty for smoking on the property. You are not permitted to hold a party or make unreasonable amounts of noise. Speakers are not allowed anywhere on the property. If you hold a party on the property, disturb the neighbors, or the police are called for any reason, you agree to vacate the rental immediately with no refund for unstayed days. You allow us access to the property for maintenance, repair, and inspection and confirm that the correct number of guests is staying. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses while on the property. We are also not responsible for the loss or damage of your personal belongings or valuables. By accepting the reservation, you undertake that all guests expressly assume the risk for any harm arising from using the property or others they invite to use it. Keep all personal items and valuables inside the Airbnb. Anything you leave outside, including towels, clothes, or floats, might be discarded. You must be 21 or older to book the rental. Do not leave any personal belongings behind you after check out. We do not ship forgotten items. Accidents happen. Please let us know if anything breaks during your stay so we can fix it or replace it before the next check-in. Most of the time, there won't be any consequence if you inform us about it. Please do not take anything with you from the rental that doesn't belong to you. We could consider it theft, and we could involve law enforcement. We do not provide washcloths. We do not consider it sanitary. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items left at the bag storage. Please leave your belongings at your own risk. The pool closes at 10 p.m. and reopens at sunrise. Please log out of any subscriptions on the TVs. We are not responsible for any charges to your account and won't be able to log you out. You may change your password to do it remotely.

The photos make it seem like you have a view and there is not a view. It says that there is a balcony and there is not a balcony. The room had a lot of dirt on the floor. It was way over priced for a single room with nothing but a bed in it. I asked about ESPN and the owner never responded. I felt this room was more for high school kids trying to hanging out and not for someone that was taking his wife away for their anniversary.

It was nice. The bed was sufficient for a one-night stay but I wouldn’t sleep more than once on it if I can help it. The space was overall a bit smaller than I expected from the pictures, but again, it was nice. The property was clean and parking was ample.

Clean, updated place, a ton of communication from the owner with restaurant recommendations etc. Check in and out were effortless. I'd call it a "no frills" property, no kitchen etc. but the mini fridge and microwave make it just fine for quick meals. Its about a 2-3 min walk across the street to a public beach access. Lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance, Speedway is a 5 min walk.

The room was very comfortable and just enough for my husband and I. If I stay in clearwater again I will opt for a room with a kitchenette. The beach access is literally 1 minute across the street. We watched the sunset every night. They were breath-taking. Overall this experience was wonderful. As far as dining on the beach Sekushi was the best food and deal. The chef does an amazing job. If you can take a little 30 minute ride to St. Pete, do yourself a favor and stop by mazarros italian spot. By far the highlight of the day in St.Pete. It was insane and the food was amazing. We will definitely be back and will 100 percent stay here again.

Property was clean, convenient to beach and a nice walk down to the main strip. Would definitely stay again just upgrade the size of room/rooms we chose. Also dog friendly, expect dogs to bark some!

This room and the complex were the perfect beach motel/studio apartment equipped with all the essentials for a good beach trip. Antoni was able to quickly respond and have our AC unit be quickly fix within the first few hours he was aware of our issue. Would come back again!

Everything was clean and comfortable. The area is top-notch. It's super close to the beach and restaurants. The pool is clean and Antoni will answer right away if you need him for anything. The grounds are kept clean and the parking is very close to the entrance. Walking my dog was also very easy.

We stayed in a small studio that was tasteful, clean, and well appointed. The toaster was a nice bonus. The pool area was great. The location was great for walking to the beach, restraurants, excursions, etc. Will recommend and stay again!

My overall impression if this property was that is was very clean and very close proximity to the beach just as advertised! The place is walking distance to so many amazing bars and restaurants.

Unfortunately my stay here had to be cut short due to a pest issue - I guess this could happen anywhere that is open to the outside but it was pretty gross. Antoni was responsive initially but couldn't offer much to help right away and I ended up having trouble with the refund request, so communication could have been better. Essentially the set up is like a motel with a pool but no staff/office is available on site for issues. Self-check in is easy, they provide beach towels, furniture is updated, there are beach chairs available for use, and the beach is a very very close walk and very nice, so it has some up-sides, but in the future I would stay elsewhere.

The listing was set up very nicely and looked no different than the pictures listed. Very nice location, walking distance from everything on the strip but far enough from the loud busy area. Antoni sent the code right at 4 and it was a very simple check in. There is a nice pool to stay at while waiting to check in. Would recommend.

Great location within walking distance of everything needed! Wake up to the charming birds within the beautiful canopy of palms lining your walk to your two lounge chairs just outside your frint door. Very convenient check in/out process.
