The worst experience I have ever been apart of. First, the write up on the place mentioned a history of threats and harassment from the neighbor. I inquired about this and Vacasa stated that was a while ago and no longer occurred, so we booked it. That was a lie, from the moment we pulled up, threats and harassment were non,stop. We got through night one, on the morning of day 2, I received an email stating the owner decided to come home so we had to leave. This trip was paid in full and we had children with us and over 2 hours away from home. How could they let the owner change their mind?!?! Terrible policy. By far the worst and will never use Vacasa again.

The home was beautiful and could fit our party of 6 comfortably.

The home was not equipped with tools to assist in bad storm/weather conditions. We were in the middle of a couple of storms and no resources to help us clear the driveway. While we were coming up with a plan to get out of the storm, one of the neighbors were very rude and inconsiderate.
