Located in Perdido Key, this lovely house for $414 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Welcome to your home away from home! This 4 bedroom 3 bath townhouse situated in Banana Bay, a colorful gated waterfront community in Perdido Key Florida on the intercoastal waterway. This house boasts all King Size Beds in every bedroom and huge flat screen TV's each with a large closet perfect for storing your luggage. A separate room is attached to one of the 2 King Size bedrooms upstairs that holds a full/twin sized bunk bed. In addition, there is a bonus room on the 2nd floor perfect for kids and groups. This room has a foos ball table, arcade game and dart board perfect for everyone. The main floor also has 2 King Size beds and full bathrooms each with marble tile and walk in showers (master has a jacuzzi bathtub). The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances is great for entertaining and has a large laundry room attached. A peaceful outdoor courtyard right outside your back door offers many leisurely hours of relaxation and a gas grill for cooking outside. Enjoy the community pool and hot tub, or relax on the expansive private white sand beach on-property - yes that is right - it's a 2 minute walk to the beach! Banana Bay is 1.3 miles to the white sand and beautiful water of the Gulf of Mexico. In addition, you are walking distance to Oyster Bar and Sunset Grill which are delicious dining options. If golfing is your bag, you are across River Road from Lost Key Golf Club a 18 hole Arnold Palmer Championship Public Golf Course. There is something for everyone here @ Banana Bay! I rented this place last week for a family vacation. Last week was very nice, it was clean, the pool was great and the only issue is we had some door code problems but they were easily fixed. I would recommend this place.

Our stay w Sarah was absolutely amazing!! She went above and beyond to make sure that our stay w her was perfect. Which it was!! We loved everything about her place and the beach was right there within a very short walking distance. We really enjoyed fishing and watching the dolphins while the kids swam. Highly recommend her place!

This property was perfect for our family. The 7 adults and our 5 grandchildren ( 2 being toddlers) had a great time. The king size beds and spacious bedrooms were amazing. This condo comes with a high chair, pack-n- play, and toys! The pool was easily accessible as well as the state park beach or their private beach . It was also super clean . We will be returning.

The description of the property did not match the reality. There is not a gym you can use. The pool was full of insects and the house also had insects hatching while we were there. The house is not on the beach. If you are traveling from another state it might appear that way if you do not know the area.

We enjoyed our time so much. Everything was lovely from the beautiful scenery, to the comfortable beds, to the wonderful accommodations, and so on! We were there for a cheer comp and the girls felt like they were in a real life Barbie dream house!! The location is central to just about anything you may need. We were able to enjoy the private beach in the evening and took the short drive to the gulf during the day. I would definitely highly recommend !!

Sarah was an incredible host! The house is beautifully decorated, comfortable and was able to accommodate our kids and babies! She had a high chair, several beach items for use and the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. The pool and private beach are great and the ocean isn’t too far away as well. We loved being close to restaurants such as The Oyster Bar and Sunset Grille. We saw so many dolphins in the bay at te private beach as well. Highly recommend booking with Sarah!

Sarah place is so pretty. 100% clean. So we'll stocked with everything you need. We even threw steaks on the grill one night, perfect. Close to good restaurants and a couple bars. It's a quite area. The hot tub by the pool was really nice, but the pool is not heated. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic experience and Sarah was very responsive and inviting. Initial thought of the house was amazing. Walked around and it was very well organized, huge rooms and closets, bbq grill, and beach toys and accessories. Overall, fantastic. We may very well stay there again if we have the opportunity!

Had a family of 8 stay at Sarah’s place. It was as advertised, great location and plenty of room to spread out. House was equipped with lots of cookware and dining utensils. The gaming system was a plus for the kids. The only ask would be things like extra toilet paper and tissues.

This home is perfect for families with adults, teens and small children. The host was amazing and the location is central to many attractions in the area. We drove into Pensacola several days out of our week with no problem. The beds are very comfortable and the layout is great!

A wonderful place to stay! Everything was exactly as described. Everything updated and trendy decor. Very clean, comfy beds! LOVE that there are king beds and big flat screens in every bedroom. Very spacious and perfect for large group/family. Nice large patio out back. We enjoyed several nice nights out back. Sarah the host is AMAZING!! She is very accommodating. She got a couple of items we needed but didn’t have room to bring for my special needs grandchildren. Example a high chair. She communicates very well and promptly responds. Location is close to several stores, seafood restaurants and nice souvenir shops. Highly recommend booking with Sarah!! 😊

Home was beautiful and spacious, everything you need is included, the beds were super comfy and the sheets were so soft, kids had a great time in the game room. Great location, close to fast food and grocery store. Home away from home. Host was amazing, caring and very understanding. Great communication for sure.

My family loves our stay at Perdido Key, it was 13 of us and there was more than enough space for everyone, 4 King beds which we loved, slept like a king, no pun intended. The kids loved the pool, the community is very quiet, so make sure you are done with parties or loudness by 10pm, this house had everything we needed, utensils, plates, cups, coffee maker, towels etc. We loved that the host was very attentive and answered all of our questions. Beach is literally 3 minutes away, go to public access #1, Pensacola is 30 minutes away, so is the mall and other attractions. Loved our time there
