Great hotel! Always a pleasure staying here. Parking is pricey and currently road is under construction but still great hotel

To much construction going on had a very hard time trying to get to the motel

Very nice and somewhat reasonably priced.

Great location, but we should have been notified there was construction across the street, which made it difficult to get to restaurants. Also, valet parking is too expensive , especially since there is no parking available

Last minute trip to just enjoy the weekt

The hotel itself was clean and the staff was friendly. The only bad part was the loud live music playing every night until midnight. If you want noise and a party this is the place, If you want to sleep and have quiet time in the evening and at night this is not the place.

Sure Hilton hotels gives the impressions of fancy and luxurious but what they don't tell you is this hotel charges for everything except breathing. Mandated Valet parking with a must call ahead half hour before you need your car, and high wifi per day which is a standard free service at other hotels and don't dare open bottled water in the room. Now dont think you can use food delivery services as they are stopped at the entry point. We pay for 3 adults, yet have one cup for coffee, 2 shower towels, half a roll of TP and one bar of travel soap. So pack your toiletries bring extra cash, check your data on your hot spots because the only luxious experience is the walk through the lobby!
Cusomer satisfaction isn't the priority, save the dollar and charge the additional that should be their motto.

The receptionist when we arrived wasn't very friendly. We arrived about 15 minutes before we were supposed to check in. The receptionist said he would gladly check us in and proceeded. He said we were good to go but our room would not be ready for another 30 minutes. He continued to check us in and said we were good to go and kind of walked away from us. He did not give us our keys and when we asked about them, he was pretty rude and snickered at us and said we wouldn't get our keys until the room was clean. 10 minutes later (5 minutes before we were supposed to check in) we received a message stating our room was clean. We walked to the counter and the receptionist didn't say a word and handed me the room key. When we went to our room, there wasn't a cleaning cart in sight, which made me believe the room was ready well before we went up. Then whole experience of checking in felt rude and unprofessional. Great room! Great location! Other than the receptionist, highly recommend!

The cleanliness of room and property was not the problem. The weather became wet and chilly and we decided to stay in but the TV kept going out and a technician was called in 3 times. Guests make sure you let the front desk know before you get your key and go upstairs to relax. You will need a code to watch Youtoube
or Neflix or anything else.
You would think that a luxury hotel like this would take care of all the codes and what have you?
It is a beautiful hotel otherwise.

I really would have loved to have given this a better rating, but for the price that we paid and the evening sewage backup smell we had, I cannot give this a five star rating. Sorry

Dishonest front desk lady. Asked for high floor, gave us Lower floor until a few hours checked in the room we found out TV was broken, small refrigerator was on the floor. Then the manager gave us high floor room but only one chair out in patio. I think floor supervisor should inspect the room after the rooms are done cleaning before next check in at least randomly.
I have traveled at least 2 or 3 times a year, most of the I stayed at Hilton as I am HH honors member, I was provided 2 bottles of water each days, enough coffee, tea and sugar. But I had to go to CVS and bought my own water and coffee.
Two out of 4 elevators were down so there were long line for elevators especially in the evening.
Management needs to improve in better customer service and maintain everything is functioning properly.

The hotel staff was wonderful. They made our trip great from the moment we arrived. Even with a packed house for the parade, they does an amazing job accommodating all their guests.

First the parking $75 per day plus taxes that is really ridiculous the shower was bad hard to get cold water couldn’t brush my teeth’s because it was so hot didn’t put no bottle of water for the 2 Rooms I reserved they charged me so much for a king bed and less for the 2 beds how is that I really didn’t like how they handle my stay

I lke the fact that the hotel is situated at the center of riverwalk. The front desk were respectful and responsive to our needs in th e room. The only problem was the crowded elevators during the weekend.
The hotel had only 3 working elevators, 1 was out of order. Thlyincovenience were the elevator situation and

Well, my bathroom's roof leaked twice during my visit from an overflowing bathtub above the room, the main phone and internet was off or inaccessible for 3/4 of my visit and there was construction that started with jack hammers and heavy machinery at 6 am pretty much every morning. this was not a great stay.
