Very nice and friendly

Everything was fine but the pillows are not the best but it was safe and spacious and had valet parking. I would stay there again but would not recommend Indianapolis at night too many shootings.

Everything was great! Room was excellent, breakfast was great, Valet was excellent (Brock). Minor issue was no towels at the pool.

Great hotel, very clean, modern, and well maintained. Friendly staff. My only issue was being awakened at 2am by people arguing in the alleyway outside my room window (this hotel is surrounded by bars and nightclubs).

After getting to our room we found our toilet did not flush. There was no water pressure and no hot water for 2 hours. We were put in a suite with the thermostat not working and bathroom door was off the hinges. Had to switch rooms. Almost late for our dinner reservations due to this. Non friendly staff at the front desk that seemed inconvenienced with questions or requests. Beds were not comfortable. The room was otherwise clean.
Hate to leave a review like this but the above was factual. Inconvenienced was an understatement.

The staff (specifically the front desk) was not as welcoming and helpful as I expected them to be.
The lobby was always cold from the main doors constantly opening. No additional heaters set up which would have been helpful. The only thing they had was a tiny fireplace that did nothing. Our room was located on the first floor that overlooked a garbage alley filled with trash and homeless people that we could hear arguing/talking. It was a shock to be honest. Lastly, the beds were squeaky and not comfortable. Beds need to be replaced.

Place has unique rooms and the pool is nice, but the bathroom door for example didn’t lock and the pillows were a little uncomfortable. The big disappointment was breakfast, paying 200 a night, you would think that at least the dishes would not be styrofoam and the food would be a little better

Great location and staff! Room was extra large and spacious with great kitchenette. Breakfast was wonderful!!!!
Water pressure was terrible in shower and sink, pillows were huge and only one elevator for whole hotel which led to long waits...and had sign to socially distance but no one did because had to take elevator when it came. Stairwell available but tough for older guests.

Front counter and valet workers were very helpful

Great location, friendly staff. Could use a facelift, but everything was clean. Nice spacious room!

Hotel was "Meh". Elevator was incredibly slow, so ended up taking the stairs, which was a pain with luggage, and shopping bags, etc.
Ran out of tissues and asked for some to be brought to the room (along with some extra washcloths and bath soap), never did get it. Normally, in a hotel stay the requested items are delivered within 10-15 minutes.

This was one of the nicest rooms I’ve stayed in. So spacious and comfortable. Amazing staff from front desk to valet parking. Will definitely stay again.

This was the perfect place to stay to watch the Pacers play (and would be great for a Colts game, as well). If they have the 5:30-7:00 p.m. social hour with food, take advantage of that. The breakfast is good, too. You do pay for valet parking, but you are walkable to everything downtown, so I don't see that as problematic. (Be aware that the pool is small if you have kids).

Day shift is extremely friendly; night shift manager needs racial bias training. Love the hotel but that lady is extremely rude & on a power trip because she think she has authority. I complained to corporate. Day shift is very warm and welcoming

Valet, front desk was all nice. Hotel was clean, breakfast was good, beds were very comfortable. This will be our go to hotel in Indy for now on.
The only bad thing was they didn't have our reservation because hotels.com didnt put but through correctly. Luckily the hotel had rooms available so when hotels.com did put it through my husband and i had a place to sleep. But it took about an hour of frustration before getting it resolved.-this has nothing to do with the hotel itself though

Wonderful hotel. The beds were very comfortable. Location was great for walking to everywhere we needed to go - convention center and Lucas oil stadium. Tons of restaurants all within walking distance.

We absolutely loved the entire place. Everything about it was totally our vibe. The rroms were clean, updated, bright with the blinds open and dark with them closed which was great for sleeping in. Its location is perfect. One block to Gainbridge, Circle City Mall is diagonal, The Old Spaghetti Facotey is across the street, and Lucas Oil is only about a 5 minute walk. Downside? Indianapolis needs to clean their streets up and revitalize the area.

The lobby and the room were very clean and unique. The room was better than some 4 and 5 star hotels we have stayed in. Breakfast was way above average as well.

I booked this property several months in advance. I was charged over $400 for one night in a hotel that has a current rate of roughly $230. On top of that the front desk lady charged my card twice and told me it was my problem to deal with my bank. I will not be using this hotel ever again.

Beautifully appointed old distribution warehouse with wood floors, iron beams and brick walls exposed yet warm and comfortable.

Good location and grateful to have hotels that fit 5. Beds were on the small side for being advertised as queen.

We was very pleased with our room. It was updated and very comfortable. There was some urine spots on the toilet, but overall we were absolutely happy and slept well. We weren’t happy about the parking situation, but we enjoyed our stay.

Very clean and offered a lot of extras. The only thing that I wasnt able to address with the staff. The pool light was popping out of its socket. That needs to be fixed, but I was not able to speak about that while I was there. Time restraints and kids Loved this hotel!

The hotel and room was spacious and beautiful. I loved the area we were in, we used scooters to get around. We did park in the parking garage down the street since we were staying multiple nights.
I will definitely be back to stay at this hotel!

Amazing rooms. Beautiful high ceilings (on 1st floor anyway) and great to have kitchen items. Great location for downtown Indy locations. Will definitely return on any future Indianapolis visits!

There was no lock on the bathroom door, the beds were subpar, and the NOISE outside was terrible all night long! The rooms were cute clean.
