This hotel is under construction which we were unaware of when booking. We arrived early after 12 hours in the car and were thrilled to have our room ready. Sent my teens immediately to the pool only to find out it was closed. I heard several guests complaining about this when I returned to the desk to ask about it. We purposely arrived early so they could have swim time while my husband worked in the room. Notification that the pool was closed plus the construction would have been nice. I paid the most I’ve ever paid per night for an embassy suites this trip. $385 a night with no pool and construction noise is beyond disappointing. The updates are beautiful, but during a call my husband had to keep apologizing for the loud vibrating noise that was coming through the vent.

It wasn’t the best experience the towels in the room had makeup on and not clean and the sheets had some bug skin and no normal pillows they give us a square ones for king bed and smell like a sweat and we had to replace our sheets and the new ones weren’t clean ether .

Perfect location! They were remodeling while we were there, but it should be really nice soon!

Hotel is freshly renovated. Work was ongoing, but I didn’t have any issues with noise or disruption. Would stay again.

Bed pillows very un comfortable-- bed sheets had a hair on them .......bathroom had hair on sink and in shower .
The fees should included pet and parking should not be charged .that way when check in no $100 additiomal fee ..plus paying 163 up front .could of stayed somewherw else for less expensive .
So paying close to 300$ ,should have expecred more .

Receptionist who checked me in told me I had a room away from the elevators after being told to wait 30 min. for the room to be ready and get back on line for my key. Went to my room and it was directly in front of the elevator. Same receptionist told me there was nothing she could do and she was rude. Bathroom sink was clogged and wouldn't drain, hair and dirt on my bed. The night front desk person had to come and change the bedding. She took her own pictures and said she would report it to house keeping. I was only here for one night and it was a terrible experience. Only good thing was breakfast and the night front desk person who changed my bedding. She was kind and understanding.

This is my preferred hotel if choice anytime I stay in Huntsville due to the sky bridge to Von Braun Center. I've stayed here multiole times, and never had a problem. However, this trip was anything but enjoyable. To start there was renovations going on directly above my room, and there was no warning this would be the case. Therefore from the time I checked in until I left that night, all I heard directly above my room was the absolute loudest construction I havr ever heard. Fast forward to my check out (luckily it was a one day stay) Check out time is 11 AM, I headed down to the lobby at 9 AM. I waited for 10 minutes and found no one at the desk. I decided to grab a bite from the brewkfast while I waited. In that 30 minute window, no one ever came. I bypassed checking out and left. I've done this before and never had an issue. The next night I get a text message asking what form of check out I'd prefer, to which I reply that I do not have a room there for this night, and it was for the night before. I got no reply, so I assumed it was just a mistake and forgot about it...until I woke up the next day with a charge for a secondary night that I wasn't even there. So now not only was it the most unenjoyable stay I've ever had in any of my stays.....I now get to spend days disputing the secondary charge with my credit card company as well.

The Embassy Suites is always a great place to stay. The only improvement is at most Hilton hotels there is coffee available almost 24/7 but the Embassy did not offer this.

The guest services were a joke due too lying to me about parking. They said that they charge people that go to the concerts about two blocks away for parking. I know thats not true because I asked someone and they didn't have to pay for parking. You can't charge someone if they don't give you a card to pay for parking and there gates were not working either. Also I slept on towels because my sheets had stains on them. I will not stay at this hotel again. If I could I would give it zero stars.

The hotel charged for parking. This was not included nor mentioned in the reservation pricing. I wasn't happy with an extra, unexpected fee when checking in. Otherwise the stay went as expected.

Toilet seat was loose, Water was turned off during the day when we needed. Staff had no information for navigating nearby walkable downtown for sightseeing and dining. The staff could have told us "Big Spring" was out the back door. The Back door, normally could be used but was not accessible during our stay.
There was no need to charge us for parking because the gates did not work during the entire 3 day stay. That alone really aggravated us.

Nice hotel but currently being renovated so very noisy weekdays between 9-6pm, check in wasn't the quickest but the staff were very friendly, very nice room (one of the newly renovated ones) but be aware even though you can book a wellness package with expedia we were told by the hotel that they no longer offer them?? Breakfast was OK and I thought the restaurant was quite pricey.

Booked a king bed room but got 2 double beds. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. Loved the evening reception with free drinks. Booked this trip due to seeing a comedy show at the Von Braun Center. Great location.

Horribly dated and tired. Nasty carpet, mold, and generally not up to standards for embassy suites.

Our stay was great! Very nice room. Only thing is the room was really old. Carpet stains and cracks in the shower wall. For the price we paid I was expecting updated or newer renovations. But overall good experience at this hotel. Breakfast was good.

The most disgusting Embassy Suites I have ever seen. Mold in shower, stains and bubbles in carpet, dust piled up in corners. Disgusting. Do not stay here.

The ice bucket was falling apart. And there was something cream colored on the side of the couch which also had two cigarette burns. The bulbs were low wattage and it was too dark. But the staff were very helpful.

The outside and lobby were amazing, you get to the room and it smelt horrible, carpets are stained and bed is hard with springs showing. They need to spend their money on updating the beds and new flooring

I've stayed here several times and never had a bad experience. The gift shop in the lobby serves a limited Starbucks menu , very convenient.

The rooms were a little outdated, but they were huge.
