Located 2 blocks from Sapporo station, very convenient for dining, shopping and transportation. Got an upgraded room from single to double. Hotel has a restaurant and laundry.

Super friendly staff and super helpful. We got the eco-friendly plan and had towels and toiletries delivered to our door without disturbance. We don’t stay at hotels long enough to ever need room cleaning so we were okay with not having that. Don’t get the plan we got if you want room cleaning. We are people of comfort and booked another night as we enjoyed our time there. It was snowing a lot and we always looked forward to returning back to our room. It was so close to Sapporo station, super easy to find food and shopping.

We stayed in the hotel from December 21-26, 2023 for Christmas vacation. We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff know English, they are courteous and accommodating to our requests. They have various food selection for breakfast. The room is nice and clean. The hotel is walking distance to Sapporo Station, Adori Park, shopping malls and convenience stores. Highly recommended for family!

The hotel is a short walk from Sapporo station via the North Exit and has lots of convenience stores nearby. It's easy to pop over to grab the subway/trains to the different areas and lots of food options are nearby too.

We stayed at this hotel 3 years ago and we loved it that’s why we chose to stay again with them this trip. The only con about this hotel is there is only one laundry room and not enough to accomodate everyone.

The hotel is just a stone’s throw from JR Sapporo station, north exit. About 3-5min walk. The room is spacious and clean though it looks a little dated. Check in was smooth and the staff were polite.

A stone's throw away from Sapporo station with surrounding amenities like shopping and convenience stores! For a 3-star, it is a good option for an average traveller. I loved the hotel service as they are helpful, friendly and spoke great English. I recommend!

Convenient as it is at the hub of most of the public transportation in Sapporo. The unsatisfactory areas are no bottle of water supplied every day and number of TV program channels are limited with all Japanese only.

the Hotel is ok and not bad, easy to find it but its breakfast is not much to choose the food, as the cooking method of egg is just only Japanese style. Suggest adding more be better.

The hotel is a bit old and not very clean. The english standard of some staffs are not very good for simple communications. But the location is superb, unbeatable for shopping and travelling to and from Sapporo on JR.

Location is convenient, within 5 mins walk to JR and shopping malls like Daimaru, APIA etc. 1 of the counter staff was not helpful when we requested to change our assigned corner room to non corner. Initially said fully booked but later we managed to get room changed at jpy 3700 for 2 nights of our stay after asking for his manager.

I booked an Eco plan room through Expedia expecting no change of sheets or making of bed. We did get change of towels. What I was not aware of when booking the Eco plan was thst we would be given hardly any toilet paper, two teabags for three night stay and no emptying of trash or anywhere in the hotel to deposit the trash. The front desk staff member was some what abrupt when I raised these issues. Two tiny pillows were in adequate to sleep on confortably. Overall not a bad hotel but I think the Eco plan should explained a little better.

We stayed at a 3-bed room at top floor this time. The room is super specious with an individual dining area. Highly recommended for family of 3. The room is clean and has everything needed. Staff are friendly and willing to help. Breakfast buffet has great options. The location is convenient, just 5 mins walk from sapporo station.

We loved the location, accessibility to the Sapporo station & malls. Being on the North end of the station, it was less congested with less traffic. The rooms were larger than most hotels in Japan. Breakfast buffet had good mixture of Hokkaido seafood and other local produce, and good mix of various cusine - Italian, Japanese, & American. At ￥2090, price is very reasonable, too. I would definitely stay here when in Sapporo again, and will recommend to anyone planning to visit Sapporo.
