It was not a problem from the hotel itself. Simply, there are too many one-way traffics around the hotel. That caused delay to people from elsewhere.

We've made our reservation for a non-smoking room with one double bed; upon arrival, the staff told us all rooms are fully booked and only left with smoking room with twin bed. Asked for any alternatives but he said nothing can be done; yet on the day the other guest walked in and they were being served with non-smoking room! What would be the reason for reservation if such cannot be provided? Suggest not to over-book as to maintain service level

We booked the hotel for it's close proximity to Odori Park for the snow festival based on the recommendation of a friend from Sapporo. The Susukino subway station is a quick walk around the corner and made travel to and from the airport very easy. Breakfast buffet and dinner were included with our stay for adults and the prices for food for our children were reasonable. Our room had two twin beds, and we were able to get a futon for an additional 2000 yen. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially in the restaurant. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Well located in Susukino. Great breakfasts. Friendly staff. Not much English spoken, but was able to communicate okay. Would stay there again and I highly recommend.

I went with my family (4 adults) to celebrate my mom's birthday and we absolutely had the best time. The staff are above friendly and helped us getting around. We don't speak Japanese so they helped us to confirm restaurant reservations and even getting us a cap. :) We would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much!!!!

The room was quite spacious as compared to other hotels that I stayed in Hokkaido. Room is slightly old but clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet spread was rather good! Hotel is just 3 min walk from Susukino station, hence very convenient. However, parking was limited! We came back to hotel around 8.30pm but there was no more parking lot available, had to wait for 70 mins to get a lot at the associated Times car park nearby. Not the most pleasant experience as the staff was not being helpful at all... will probably not coming back to this hotel as there are other better options in Sapporo city. We booked this the very last minute due to a change in travel plan.

I must say I am pleased with the few days stay. Bed and room very comfortable n cozy. Breakfast full spread and it’s delicious. Coffee was good as u can hv cappuccino, macchiato etc...wonderful. Will stay there again. It’s very convenient to get food around hotel, especially at night. You will see more people at night than day time. It’s a pity that there is no view from the window in my room when outside was snowing!

Loves this hotel as it is clean with lots of F&B nearby. Most important it is also not far from the train station which will link u to many attraction. Strongly recommended.

We requested a nonsmoking room but was given a smoking room upon arrival. It was really disapointing. We would have boooked other hotels if we could be told in advance. The front desk is not professional dealing with the check in procedure; The staff was not helpful. Room is just ok. However, for a non smoking family, it’s uncomfortable to rest well in the smoking environment. Feel like I pay to suffer. Won’t come back anymore.

This was a very convient place to stay. It was near the rail stations, shopping, Odori Park, and of course many eating places. The room and bathroom was a lot smaller than we are used to in the U.S. but we got a King bed which was great. The breakfasts that came with the room was also very tasty and of great variety. Definitely would stay here again.

We had to change hotels on the last day of our trip due to unavailability of rooms at our other hotel, and were very fortunate to have gotten an upgrade from our two reserved single rooms (we have two kids, so four persons altogether) to a one-bedroom suite. The room was incredible! Assistant front desk manager Ishihara was wonderful, helpful and accommodating. As mid-priced Sapporo hotels go, this one was very nice (we've stay in the past at the Royal Century Hotel and the ANA Holiday Inn Susukino). The hotel is in a very convenient location: block and a half to Sapporo Station; close to eateries (we enjoy izakayas); convenience store right downstairs and attached to hotel. Area lacks to excitement and vibe of Susukino, but it's okay unless you're looking for very late night action. But if you're looking for that, subway entrance is right outside of the hotel and Susukino is six minutes away. Would our hotel experience have been the same had we not gotten the upgrade? Of course not. Regardless, we would go back to this hotel again.

The hotel is very near to both Namboku and Toho line! The staffs are friendly and the rooms are clean. The only problem I had was the A/C, it came out warm wind instead... So it's very humid till I had to open the windows, which we can smell the Yakiniku everywhere (cause it's next door). Overall, it's a memorable stay for me.

Great little hotel with friendly staff. Is a great business style hotel that I'd definitely stay at again. Breakky was good (very Japanese-style western breakky). Room was a typical size by Japanese standards (small by western standards)
