The service was great but the room itself wasn’t. It is ranked too highly on the hotels.com site and should be closer to a 6 out of 10. The water pressure was horrid in showers. We didn’t have towels our first night. There was a dirty towel in the room when we arrived. The heater started having issues. And the comforter didn’t cover my husband’s entire body. Too short.

Location is great, a few blocks walk to Susukino. The room is clean except for the bed is a bit soft. Over all our family is happy happy with this hotel.

The hotel staff are very professional and efficient. The room are a little bigger than normal for Japan however they are dated. The included breakfast with my reservation was just okay, won't take that option next time at this location. One plus is they have parking on site.

Loved that the hotel was right across the train station which had some shops and restaurants. Walkable to red warehouse which had many shops and eateries. Morning fish market right down the street. The room itself was very small but very clean. The breakfast was pretty good for its price which was free.

I thought overall the property was good value for money. My only gripe was I could not set the A/C to cool the room. It got too hot sometimes when I was in the room.

The location is awesome! Just few blocks from the most popular shopping street, Tanukikoji Shopping Arcade! The hotel is a bit old. The price is a bit steep!

Clean room. Staff is friendly and helpful. Nice and quiet place. Shop very close by. Fast checkin and ckeck out. No hassle. I really enjoyed my stay..I wanna say arigatoguzaimasta to all the staff. Se you again. I definitely coming back to Japan my next visit.

Take subway to Hosoi Susukino exit 4, there is an elevator, on street level, make a righi, past Tokyu Rei. Past Lawson. You will come to a Times parking lot. Across the street is hotel. About 10 minute walk. There is a coin laundry abd microwave on second floor. Room was spacious but lots of traffic noise. Wifi weak. There is a lan line by tv. Lots of cups. I preferred Nikko tower for the view and less noise.

The special request submitted to hotel beforehand had been taken care. Only after serious complaint the request was finally entertained. A unpleasant experience with this hotel. Room is spacious and comfortable. Hotel location is good with walking distance to famous shopping area. A 7-11 shop is nearby.

Good location near Odori Park and Susukino. 7-11 is just next door and Toyota Rent-a-car is inside the hotel makes it so convenient to get a car and drive. However, the furnishings is rather old and tired.

Fourth consecutive year stay here, see the service degrade year by year. Used to have welcome bottle of water per pax, but this year none. One of the downlight in the room was spoilt, went to front desk showing them a snapshot, were told by the old chap rudely that is not a light. Insisted them to follow to room and have a check. The young receptionist first said that’s an emergency light, but when we shown him the lights was on shortly, only he request technical person to come change the down light. The heater in the room is too hot even when put on low mode making the room so stuffy. The only choice is to turn off the heater, otherwise it would become sauna middle of the night. Even when heater is off, the room is too hot and stuff at night and requires opening of window slightly to allow external ventilation. Very disappointed with the service rendered this trip. The only improvement this year is the check in process. Eventhough check in time is 3pm, this trip to our surprise is we can complete check in process even at 12pm and come back just to collect key to enter room.

10 mins walk to the underground shopping area and from the airport bus stop. Hotel is beside 7-11 and many eateries. Family room was big and comfortable. You get free mineral water Everyday if you don’t require Housekeeping.
