Beautiful high ceiling room with enough floor space to be a suite, but no sofa. Can only sit in upright chairs or be horizontal in bed.

The hotel is very centrally located and walkable to a ton of museums and shops. The outside looks historic like the town but in the inside was really modern! The service and staff were all wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was excellent with spacious rooms, lovely bathrooms and very friendly staff. We stayed for 4 nights and was very quiet at night in the hotel. My only complaint would be the room was a little warm and AC not working properly, but was especially warm for time of year

I loved the friendliness and service in this hotel ! Emily in reception was incredibly helpful and the complementary glass of Prosecco was lovely! Swimming pool very cute and the spa very relaxing

Outstanding hotel! We came for a family vacation, and stayed in 2 different rooms for 4 nights. Everything from check-in to check-out was absolutely fantastic. The rooms were clean and cosy, to bed was super comfortable (you even get pillows menu!).
Breakfast was AMAZING!!! Probably the best breakfast I had in a hotel in Europe. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. The location was the best we could ask for. I'm so glad we chose this hotel!

My recent stay at Kings Court over the Christmas holiday was disappointing. The spa and gym were small and outdated, making for a lackluster experience. When attempting to book a table for Christmas Eve, I received no response. The breakfast staff was unfriendly, and the reception staff showed little interest in our experience. Overall, the hotel fell short of providing the expected level of service and comfort. I hope that these issues can be addressed for the benefit of future guests.

The hotel has an excellent location and the service they have is excellent in terms of receiving or giving any comments that take them into consideration, especially the employee Musa Khadoum. He changed the room just because we did not like it. All thanks to the employee Musa for the solution and giving us good comments.

The hotel is located in city center, walkable to major sights. Breakfasts were good. I was charged 300 CZK for unknown reasons(deducted from the deposit after I left)

Good balance between classical and modern interior, great staff and very comfortable rooms. Spa & Fitness room is also nice. Good choice if you want to stay more than 3 days.

The hallways smell like smoke, loud sirens at night and poor air conditioning in the rooms. However, the front desk staff was VERY kind. Especially a lady who’s name I did not catch but she had shoulder length blonde hair. She was very kind and thoughtful!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was greater than I expected. Location is unbeatable. Right next to Metro Station and in front of cable car stop. Walkable to Old Town Square and most of the attractions. We got access to the Executive Lounge, which offers more than light refreshments from 12 to 18 hours. Bedding is amazing, decoration as well.
We also got access to the Spa. Small but beautiful. We didn’t got into a it because Prague has so much to offer that we didn’t have enough time.
The most amazing thing about this hotel is the staff. They make you feel welcome and pampered.
I would come back only to stay at this hotel again.
Did I mention the amenities? L’Occitane products at the bathroom. Loved them

We spent just 1 night at this hotel, such a shame because is one of the best hotels we have stayed. Room is very spacious, pillows and mattress so comfortable.

We had a quick couple night business trip to Prague. Kings court worked perfectly for that as the location is one of the best in Prague. Their staff is also excellent and help you out in all the situations. My room was in the first floor close to the lobby so some noises came through the night and bit disturbed my sleep. Otherwise great experience.

The location is fantastic and that's it.
Wifi's really slow, AC isn't cool enough, the water isn't draining well. Gym's tiny so I don't think more than 2 people can fit it in there. Overall it wasn't a good experience and I will not visit here in the future

Moussa at reception was incredible at the very first moment helped us repark the car in the valet spot, parking in town is so expensive but the valet parking was 40% cheaper than the local places. The room was excellent and extremely comfortable, the bathroom was also clean bright with excellent decor and comfortable, no real views unfortunately but the walking around town was very easy as it’s within minutes of all the tourist areas. We had a very early flight and the hotel did everything to sort us out Radmir on reception upon checkout was also brilliant. Our stay was exceptional and when we come back we will stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at the Kings Court. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the square. The room and beds was nice and comfortable, the food was good, and the spa/pool (albeit small) was very nice too.
What made this hotel stand out for us was the staff. They were all very friendly and eager to help. Special mentions to Emily and Karel at the reception, Jakub in the restaurant and Veronika and the other girls working in the executive lounge. The latter had good food on offer and decent drinks (for free if you have lounge-access included).
Overall we were very pleased with our stay, and wouldn't hesitate to book again if we ever return to Prague. We actually felt quite sad leaving.
It is a bit pricey, but worth it if you can afford it.

I truly can’t say enough good things about this hotel. There is luxury and then there is this place. Walk outside and you’re in the perfect spot; super friendly, patient and kind staff; amazing food; infused water and wine at check-in and smiles when you leave; the gym has water bottles, scented chilled towels and a steam/sauna/whirlpool available even for kids (no kids in whirlpool outside 10-4 pm but they can work out and steam); and they put every little detail into the rooms including espresso and super high quality toiletries. I spent SO much time into picking hotels for this family trip and everyone kept telling me good job on the hotel. The breakfast buffet and executive lounge are 120% worth it. I wandered in and out of other hotels on my morning walks and know I picked best.

Fantastic hotel. We’ll definitely stay here again. Classy, great service and the staff makes sure you are happy and comfortable. Very impressed by the service mindedness, specially MrMoussa, manager front office.
