The front desk staff and restaurant servers were so very friendly and professional. This made our trip very special. The hotel is clean, well maintained, and easy to get to in old Chiang Mai.

Charming hotel in Chiang Mai’s old city with friendly, helpful staff. Nice design, with rooms around a pretty pool. The TV in our room didn’t work properly and the breakfast was a little disappointing, but otherwise the hotel was comfortable, convenient and an excellent choice for the price.

Amazing stay at The Rim!
Our stay at The Rim was truly one of the highlights of our time in Thailand. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed and cared for. Every single member of the staff was kind, warm and attentive, and there is such a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere throughout the hotel.
We loved all the little details that made the experience special: the welcome massage, the vouchers, the tea and sticky rice after our massage, the delicious breakfast and the wonderful service every morning. Our room was very comfortable, the bed was great, and everything made us feel at home.
What impressed us most, however, was the people. Everyone treated us with genuine kindness, and nothing ever felt forced or rushed. Even at checkout, they kindly arranged our transfer to the airport, which was the perfect ending to our stay.
The Rim became much more than just a hotel for us. We are leaving Chiang Mai with wonderful memories and very happy hearts. Thank you to the entire team for taking such good care of us. We truly hope to come back someday!
