The best part of staying here is the location. My room was mediocre, the mattress was too firm, the bathroom had a few steps that wasn't safe at night, there isn't any black out curtains with all night lights blaring, no coffee maker or breakfast available, and very tight parking. The good feature was it's close to the beach and restaurants.

Blackout curtains would be a major improvement. There was a very bright light outside my window so my room not in the least bit dark.

Clean hotel for a one night stay while traveling. Walking distance to restaurant, bars and boardwalk. Disappointed with the add on of fees, including a $15 administrative fee even though I booked online.

Very cute place, a super quick walk to the ocean, boardwalk, and restaurants/bars. Woman who checked me in was incredibly sweet. Room was clean and spacious.

Great large room that felt like an apartment.

This was a great little spot right on the strip. Close to everything, convient free parking and a small patio outside to sit and enjoy coffee or drinks. The room was pretty standard, small but clean and recently renovated. That staff was very pleasent and friendly.
My olny complaint would be the sulfer water which is obviously not under the hotels control. Not horrid but can definitely smell and taste it.

Room was extremely clean. The staff are very friendly and nice. The young lady who checked us was very friendly and very efficient with getting us in our room quickly. Great room and great location. Check out was fast

For a last minute reservation, I have zero complaints. My husband had one complaint- the property has lights right outside every unit and it was shining right through the thinner curtains all night. He is a stickler about complete darkness in order to fall asleep and stay asleep. It didn't bother me so much and we were able to joke about it; I actually like how safe the property feels with it so well lit. But it would make sense for the rooms to have blackout curtains for guests like my husband to be able to fall asleep easier. As for everything else, checking for us was after hours for the office and shortly after making our last minute reservations I received a call explaining this, with information on which room we would be in, where we could find our key, and giving me a phone number where I could reach the gentleman who I spoke with in case we had any issues. We didn't spend much time in the room for the one overnight, as we wanted to eat and spend time on the beach. There were sufficient clean towels, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The shower wasn't anything exceptional, but nothing to complain about either. Checkout was also smooth and easy the next morning before we continued our vacation down the coast. We stayed mid-September, so the Inn and the island were both slower with tourists and traffic, but I can't speak to how a stay would be during the busy summer months. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend Atlantis Inn to others.

The guy who checked me in and out was so friendly and had the cutest dog! I felt right at home and the cleaning lady was awesome! Everything about this place is so clean and wonderful. It’s the perfect little island getaway for yourself or with family. I’m trying to convince my family to come with me for a trip next year.

A very convenient place to stay! All walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops! The only downside was the window AC unit was in the front room and the bed room was in the back- took a long time to cool down. Would definitely recommend.

Parking was kind of limited.

Room was dirty underneath furniture. We slid the nightstand out to get to an outlet and it was filthy with sand and dust bunnies. We also stayed 3 nights and never had room cleaned or sheets changed. We had to ask for clean towels and were given two sets per day which is not enough when you are going back and forth to beach/heat and showering often.

Was so close and convenient to the beach which was main reason for booking in advance. We knew going in it would be typical beach and older condition. Gunner was an added benefit. Everything was walkable. Sunrise on the Atlantic was spectacular.

Great location! Staff was pleasant and helpful. The hotel could use some updating however. Everything is rather dated with minimal amenities. Would have been nice to at least have a box of tissues in the room!

Even on the most chaotic of event weekends it was a pleasant experience in a quaint vintage hotel

Very convenient location - quick walk to beach, restaurants, bars and shops on Tybrisa St. Room was clean but not perfect. Bed we slept in was comfortable, sheets clean. The other 2 beds were not tested. Staff was nice. We got free parking at the property. Price in off season was great for the location. Overall room and furniture condition was fair and in need of proper repairs. The experience was good enough for us to consider staying again - especially for the great location… but I might have a hard time wanting to pay peak season prices here in the present condition.

This place is great if you like older B&Bs.For a near hundred year old building it is great value. It was exactly what my wife and I were looking for, for a one week stay at Tybee. You couldn't ask for a better location. Right on the edge of the main strip, one block from the beach, best breakfast in town practically across the street, and a wonderful staff.

The manager was nice, but the room was hot the air conditioning was broke and it was 100 degrees outside no other rooms available and they couldn’t provide a fan. The room smelled like puke that they mopped up in the kitchen. I won’t be going back.

Suzanne at the front desk was amazing. She answered all of our questions and gave us ideas on what to do while on the island. We will definitely stay here again.

The place was quirky but older of course. The price was great and it was pet friendly. No coffee pot in room. Couch very old and worn.

The floor inside the room was dirty. Lamp light bulb was blown. Could not go in to inspect the room before deciding to stay. Did not have a safety lock on the door. Furniture was dirty. We had to soap up and wash the wash cloths before we could use them. I am glad that we had beach towels with us so we could dry off after our shower because the towels were also dirty. We will not stay here again

Place in a great location. Owners very nice. Room was way to small couldn’t move with 2 people. Needing a good cleaning. Door didn’t seal and lock was very lose. We keep the chain on the door at all times. Very outdated for the price

Date night stay. Check in and check out was seamless. Very friendly. 600 feet from the beach.
Quiet. Comfortable.
No coffee in room nor office.

Worst place I've ever stayed and I feel I paid way too much for it. Light switiches that don't control anything. Lights that had to be unplugged due to the knob being broken off the light. Wires coming our of the wall with just wire nuts on the end of them, and a stick in the window for security. If the stick was removed the window easily pushed open from either side of it.The final straw was seeing a roach crawl up the wall in the middle of the room.
