Fairly generic hotel, but they do everything well. Would recommend without hesitation.

The staff was really nice and the rooms were clean. I had a family room and it was spacious with a bathroom, dresser, and big tv. It also had a window that we were able to open to the view of the garden. The area was really quiet. It takes about 10-15 minutes walking to get to main streets which isn’t too bad. From there, there are buses to get to where you need to.

The staff was absolutely amazing - very accommodating of our family. The suite we stayed in was clean, cozy and a delight to stay in. They offered breakfast on site which was very good. Would definitely stay again!

A great quiet stay, and great people who work there made the stay amazing!

Fantastic efficient staff and lovely building/room. Only reason i gave less than full stars was that water temp and pressure was bad on both occasions tried to use shower. Staff said all checked out but must have been due to high usage in a.m.
Great location- could actually walk to dublin city centre in about 30 minutes. Also took bus to airport- short 10 min walk and under 3 pounds fare. Closest grocery and several restaurants about a 10 min walk away. Also walkable to Natl Botantic Gardens and GAA- great museum there on gaelic sports games.

Lovely little guest house with friendly, helpful staff :). Walkable to city centre, parking available, and very comfortable rooms 😊

Loved the quiet courtyard sitting area and inside space too

We enjoyed our stay here, short as it was-one night. Aside from removing the wasp from our room (he took the open skylight window to be an invitation), all was all. Clean, private bath, and quiet. Just what we needed after a 9-day tour. Best bakery: FILO at 20 Prospect Road! Deal of the trip: the 41 bus to the airport for 2.6€! Fast and affordable!

Lovely hosts, clean, quiet rooms. Close to Dublin City but not right in town. Lovely area.

This property was reasonably close to downtown. It was quiet and provided what we needed. Our room was quite small but worked fine for 2 people.

Great location in a quiet neighbourhood, ca 30 min walk to the city centre.
Staff was friendly and welcoming, the lobby area was very cozy. The room itself was rather spacious and clean, bed extremely comfortable.
Limited parking on site, make sure to ask for other options at the front desk.

A cozy guest house within easy reach of the airport. Lovely common rooms and great power for the showers.

This hotel was one of the nicest experiences I had lately and I wish I stayed longer! Very clean, felt like home. The bed, the carpets, the pillows are comfortable, the shower worked impeccably. The area is very handy as it's near the airport. So, saves time upon landing to Dublin, as well as when leaving to the airport. Dining options are not abundant but exist. Walking distance to some interesting sights like Glasnevin, the botanical gardens etc. A bit of a walk to the centre, though.

Everyone was kind and welcome. Room was cozy and perfect. Breakfast was delicious. We lucked out with a parking spot in front for just $7 euro a day. Super family room fit our needs well (family of 5)

The airtight bedrooms, stained and contaminated bedding, and the lack of hot water prevented me from washing. We need to think. Did we pay enough to always be careful not to hit our head against the wall while we were moving in that space and to carry a heavy bag through the narrow stairs? I told the staff after checking out 'there was no hot water' She answered. 'Why didn't you tell us' hey I think they're the least convenience the guest house should have.

Fair in general, a very nice and safe location. Staff are very helpful. But the room condition is only ok. Confusing shower and difficult to adjust temperature. Bathroom smelled a bit and shower drainage was blocked. They use blanket rather than duvet so prepare to get a bit itchy throat if you have hay fever every spring or winter because it is easy to get stuffed nose and itchy throat because of that. It was ok in general for such a fair price.

Super friendly and flexible staff. They were the best part. Not too much close by but 15 min walk you’re on the high street.

The staff at Egans were so lovely and super helpful.
Our room, whilst small, was beautifully decorated and bed was super comfy.
The whole place was decorated with super coordinated colours.
Breakfast was excellent too with lots of choice.
Woukd definitely recommend and look forward to staying here when we come back to Dublin.

The service and facility were fine. The lumpy bed gave me an injured hip.

I liked the cleanliness, beds were comfortable, staff super friendly and helpful!
Our wifi did not work the entire stay and we were in two rooms on the ground floor and the top floor.
