Front desk was vacant most of time. The person working was 'goofing' off somewhere most of time and even walked right past me when I was approaching desk to check out, ignored me and 'disappeared' wherever she goes to hide. Very unprofessional.

We waited at the check-in desk for somebody to come for 30 mins. Once we got our room, the tv did not work and there were not enough pillows. It was less than satisfactory stay.

There was a vape device under our mattress and the room was not very clean. Also both nights we stayed there were verbal altercations in the hallway at 2 to 3 am.

Great breakfast and comfortable beds. I thought it was a good safe location but our truck topper back window was busted out and about $2,500 in personal property was stolen. No security or cameras in the parking lot. Haven’t heard anything back from the general manager yet. We will not be back.

Sofa bed was stained with food crumbs. Bathroom tile was broken and obvious hadnt been cleaned properly.

We needed to cancel our reservation last minute due to a schedule change and the front desk staff member was super friendly and cancelled our reservation quickly and easily (at no charge!). Great customer service!

We loved the room size and having a mini kitchen. It was perfect for having our dog with us.

Arrival was enough to make me want to stay elsewhere had it not been so late! Four men fighting right at front entrance. When we did get in, front desk offered NO help or apologies. When we asked about security on the property, we were told there was none & couldn't do anything as long as it was outside building! Told him I didn't feel very safe & got no response! The rest of our stay was better but wasn't able to see/talk to manager until checkout. She, too, showed little interest or apology. The most positive comment I can give is that their breakfast is great & plentiful. Also, when approached, most of the staff was cordial & helpful!

This was such a fantastic place to stay with my family. We stayed in a suite and it was spacious and had everything I would need to feel "at home." It had such a relax and chill vibe from the outdoor fire pit to the pool table in the lobby. I found out that there are outdoor grills so WHEN I rebook I'll definitely be utilizing them. Even the breakfast was tasty

Horrible noisy experience! Room right beside lobby and outdoor fire pit. Loud people talking and laughing all night!! Horrible experience!! No sleep!!! Where was manager???????

Property was okay. Lobby furniture was soiled. Patio and outside areas need to be cleaned more frequently. Numerous cigarette butts and trash littered the ground. Room was spacious and perfect for our multi-night stay.

Great stay here. The rooms were lacking some toiletries and it was a little dirty but not bad considering we're in the middle of a pandemic. Breakfast was great. Check in and out were smooth too. We ended up getting a free room upgrade too, which I was very happy with given we were traveling with family and had been at a music festival all day.

For reasons that escape me, I was checked into a room that had not been cleaned! The pillows were on the bed in a dishelved arrangement and there was garbage still in the trash can. I immediately returned to the front desk and requested assignment to a different room. Dissapointing.
