Fantastic stay. Everything just perfect.

They allocated us the room in the 9th floor, there wasnt access with the lift. When we asked the reason, they said us, little number of room left so we gave you this room. Why? Are We not your customer? Hair dryer was not working. We chose this hotel among others so that it is the best option. Unfortunately, it was disappointing experience for me. Don’t recommend

Fantastic hotel sister to the Imperial, small but excellent with a great restaurant attached (next door). On a quiet street but short walk to old town and nearest metro station - would highly recommend.

Convenience for traveling in the city by tram/ metro/ bus.
Nice breakfast and not experience.

Good hotel, very central location, good staff, room is good.
Breakfast good, but very expensive 18 euros per person, it’s an exaggeration.
I wouldn’t rate this hotel as 5 stars.

Beautiful hotel, excellent food and room, affordable price.

5 Star hotel at an extremely reasonable price. Was super impressed with the room, staff and hotel overall. I didn't have a chance to try the food or workout so I can't comment on those. But the location was excellent, gorgeous city!!

Hotel is centrally based & is typically traditional Prague we couldn’t fault the service the only one thing which was it doesn’t have a bar or comfortable seating area?

Hotel was so beautiful and the staff were so accommodating. The breakfast was delicious, had at least two plates full it was so good. The fitness room was ok but the sauna was small and was a bit disappointing there was no pool or tube. Room was excellent, very cosy. Will be staying again

Great property and helpful staff

Slightly removed from the old town which made it quieter and less touristy. It was a close walk into the historical sites, and also very close to shopping and restaurants. Really loved the location. The building is lovely, rooms are pretty standard, nothing ground breaking there, but relaxing. Restaurant and hotel breakfast were really comprehensive and good value. Staff were nice when solicited but not offering anything in terms of advice or information unless pushed a bit.

We stayed in the hotel for 8 nights and the staff were polite and friendly. The room was always spotless and impeccable.
The sheets were changed every two days. Room turnover service is attended to every night with chocolate left on the bed pillows.
The room windows were easy to operate, which impressed my partner. I am confident that I will return to this hotel in the future.

Great room, convenient location, amazing breakfast. Definitely try the imperial next door for dinner.
Not sure what the Expedia VIP benefit was - didn’t receive anything.

Beautiful hotel and stunning restaurant. Comfortable bed too.It would have been nice to have a separate bar in the hotel instead of just the restaurant.

I travel a lot and my group loved our stay. Especially the amazing customer service!
Service- I had an additional person on my reservation and they accommodated my room change request without any hesitation. Really everyone was so nice and helpful!
VIP- left wine in the room.
Great location- 8 minute from old town, market next door, easy to Uber.
Spa- easy to book spa services, go to front desk and they move you to their sister property.
Gym- was a bit small , had the basics , but if you’re looking to get a great workout in than maybe look elsewhere.

I had originally booked a 4-night stay at this hotel, but I left after the first night. The check-in staff service was terrible. I’ve stayed at a lot of high-end hotels in Europe and this place was not one of them. The rooms are very old with dingy carpet. I was put in the back of the hotel and my view was the side of the neighboring building. I hated everything about this hotel. I forfeited hundreds of dollars to go stay somewhere else. I ended up at Boho Prague Hotel, which was an absolute delight of a hotel. Stay at Boho instead.

Fantastic hotel, great location and feels very luxurious. We enjoyed a wonderful massage arranged by reception and found the room to be the perfect haven after a long day exploring. Breakfast also great with lots of options, we particularly enjoyed the mimosa-making station. Would recommend!

Far enough from the Old Town Square for quiet, and close enough for convenience, Cosmo offered an extensive breakfast buffet. The exceptional cleaning services we enjoyed during our three day stay more than made up for the unfriendly welcome. Even a frown of acknowledgment would have been fine as we sat dripping from rain at the check-in desk as the clerk, engrossed in her phone call, looked through us and into the empty lobby. This is a 15 minute walk from the main train station, offering super value, spacious rooms. The cafe staff welcomed everyone with smiles and coffee.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Cosmopolitan Hotel. The breakfast was delicious and tasted very fresh, with chefs actively cooking the food in the kitchen. Location was perfect for all the main attractions in the city.
Only downside was that sound traveled easily through walls, doors and vent. We could easily hear our neighbors talking as well as some music or tv sounds.
Rooms were super clean and charming and staff was very friendly.
Overall great place and good value.

Nice property. Great restaurant at night, and the sister hotel across the street. two great hotel restaurants. Breakfast spread on the buffer was great, but I would get some better brewed coffee. Not so good.
