Beautiful hotel and clean and so comfy. Will be my new go to in Bozeman !!

Very dark lighting in room. Surprise, cost $12 to park on premises, otherwise free to park with BOZEMAN’s homeless off property.

We had an excellent stay. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and the ambiance was relaxing. I really enjoyed how they offered water, tea, and hot chocolate in the lobby throughout our stay. My kids also enjoyed the pool. I would stay here again. I also appreciate how the staff went above and beyond when I ordered take out and needed plates and silverware.

Great stay! Check in was super easy. The rooms are very spacious and have all the amenities. Very clean and smelled fresh. The staff are all friendly. Continental breakfast was very good and it was something different each day. One more plus is the coffee was excellent!

The man who checked us in was very friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean and new. The breakfast was disappointing and the coffee was extremely weak. Decent coffee can make up for a poor breakfast. We would stay there again, though.

Had ask for toilet paper in the lobby restrooms, had to ask for cup sleeves for the hot drinks, breakfast area needs better cleanling, garbage was always full inside and outside of hotel. Our room was quiet, clean, comfortable, updated and we loved our stay except for the attention to small details which probably no one else would notice.

I liked how friendly the staff was! They waived my $12.00 parking fee for signing up for the Marriott Rewards program. But, really... a parking fee? I was told that the majority of Marriotts do indeed charge their customers to park a vehicle on their property for overnight stays. 12 bucks, every night. What is that about?? That would be my only complaint!

Liked everything about the property! Will continue to stay there when in Bozeman!

Great hotel! All the staff was friendly in asking how mine & my kids stay was which impressed me in the fact they were young kids & you don’t find that much anymore. The gym was a decent little setup for a quick workout.

I love the size and the layout of the rooms. Very clean.

The hotel was being remodeled and was kept as clean as it should

The hotel disappointed us. They nickel-and-dimed us for everything. They had separate fees for parking, snacks, and even water bottles up front. Housekeeping did not change our sheets and towels; they only walked in and remade the bet with the same sheets. We won't stay at a hotel of this company again.

Very nice people excellent hotel

Everything was fine, but our room did not have any hot water, unless we ran the shower and sink simultaneously...then it was warm. Everything else was fine.

Great hotel, clean, great staff. However, you now have to pay $12 per day for parking. At $230 a night, you'd think parking was included. This is Bozeman, MT, not San Francisco, CA.

Excellent place to stay, perfectly between airport and downtown Bozeman. Gentleman working front desk was an outstanding host, made us feel welcome and without worry.

The property is well maintained. The room size is great. But our room was not finished with the cleaning process when we entered. Leftover food in the fridge and used towels in the bathroom. Even with modified expectations of a free breakfast, the execution is really poor. When the warm food runs out at 8:45am, it was not replenished. Even scrambled eggs are bad. Seemed to be run by one person who didn't really care about doing a good job. Lastly, housekeeping showed up twice during our 4 day stay. Once at 4:30pm after being out the whole day skiing and the morning we were checking out. Could be a great hotel but they need to correct some obvious service issues.

Great hotel, wonderful service, super convenient location

Had a child get sick last minute and had to move travel plans. Apparently I reserved a non-refundable room. Even though I called more than 24 hours before check-in, I wasn’t able to cancel or transfer the reservation.

Did not appreciate having to pay an additional $10 per day, just to park in a regular parking lot, after driving 12 hours to get there. The lot was not secure, so it was just another expense on top of an expensive room, that we were not told about until we arrived. Also, the eggs and waffles were over cooked at breakfast. The room was comfortable however.

Guest parking fees for a location on the edge of town is ridiculous.

Fantastic staff! The property was very well decorated.

The price is very high but no water glasses in room. Charged extra for parking.

It is a very nice hotel, and the room was exceptional, though quite expensive. But our one complaint is having to pay $10 for parking; supposedly because of people camping on their property. But why pass the hotel's problem on to us is beyond me...

This was a beautiful hotel and we looked forward to staying here at the tail end of our two week trip and a couple of questionable hotel stays; however it wasn't without issue. This hotel was/is far too new to have multiple large carpet stains in the room in which we stayed. I had to clean previous guest(s) hair off of the bathroom floor and shower and the calking seal at the base of the toil was stained and saturated with urine. This was completely unacceptable for any hotel stay, but even more frustrating at $300+ per night. Something should have been offered in the form of a refund to make up for the conditions of the room.

Clean property and nice large rooms.

I think the $10 charge to park was a rip off. The hotel is not a downtown hotel with limited parking. We could have parked 30 ft away for free

It turns out that you don’t get free parking if you book through “a third party website “.
Don’t book through Expedia or you will pay for parking. And who knows what else?
