It was a very nice hotel. The renovations have been kept up thus far. The breakfast was good and the cost overall was not too pricey for the location. Clean and quiet. I felt very comfortable and safe. Would stay again.

The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was nice & included scrambled eggs, sausage links, bagels, muffins, cereal, yogurt, & oatmeal. The beds were firm. The indoor pool is small but clean & towels are provided at the pool. Conveniently located close to Beale Street & other downtown attractions

It was quite loud this visit. The hotel seemed to enforce a quiet time after 10 pm which was very nice. The breakfast was very busy and often ran low on multiple food items but again, staff was very prompt in restocking. This is a nice hotel in downtown Memphis and we would stay here again if we return.

Very spacious room and comfortable. Handy for the touristy attractions. Free car park was a big bonus. Check out staff need to take lessons from the check in staff on customer service but other than that a lovely hotel and would recommend

The stay was great. I called ahead and notified them that I was coming in late due to getting off of work late. They had no problems of me checking in late. You must have a key card to get into the building is nice. Staff were friendly. It was in walking distance to FedEx building for the Grizzlies game. The building is downtown Memphis and you’ll hear the sirens from first responders. The breakfast needs a little more of a selection however it is good. At check out I usually get a print out of my bill but I was told I already had one from the third party.

Property was in a really good location. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. No complaints. Parking included was very convenient. Would definitely stay again.

This is my wife’s favorite hotel in Memphis. It’s close to attractions, pet friendly, has hot eggs & sausage along with various breads, cereals, and waffles. Also just a short drive away from the University or the Wolfchase mall. It’s truly in the center of everything. We stayed on the second floor in a king size bed. The room was clean and had DirectTV service. The hotel WiFi was free and easy to connect and use. The room had all the amenities you would expect but it did not have a bathtub. Standing shower only… the bed was comfortable but it was tough to block out the light from downtown. The blackout curtains could only do so much. Light was able to get in over the edges.

All the staff was helpful and kind, the room was clean and it was decorated nicely. However, it is a bit close to the road so traffic noises are unavoidable. It was also quite cold in the room and it took a while for the heating to actually turn on. But overall my stay was fantastic!

Great location. Close to Beale Street, close to Sun Studio and a 20 minute taxi ride to Gracelands. Large, clean rooms. Breakfast was very good. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The check was easy with the desk person Lartasha very helpful and friendly. She showed us the amenities and explained the surrounding area to us. The property is fairly new and very clean with nice large rooms. Parking was free and a short walk to Beale Street. The included breakfast was great and within a clean area. Would recommend this motel.

This is a very clean and new La Quinta. Walking distance to Beale St and tons of great things. We have stayed here before and loved that it had parking (very hard to find in downtown Memphis) and that it was gated. We found it very safe but our friends had their truck broken into. We parked directly next to our room window but were still very nervous after we found out their truck was smashed open. Don't leave anything in view and try to park as close to the hotel as possible. Other than that, this is a great place to stay in Memphis
