Though curb appeal was minimal, a very delightful clean basic room. Only negative was road noise but motel provided ear plugs for sleeping,
Lounge served good food and we had the bonus of live music.

Decent value. Great staff and grill/lounge situation.

This place is loud, there’s a quiet time from 10-8 but the neighbors were loud as well as the employees. It took forever for the front desk attendant to show up. We asked if we could check out late but they said they’d have to charge me for another night. There was no hairdryer or tv.

Motel SOCO was an excellent place to stay! Even with a busy road being next to it, it truly wasn't very noticeable to me. The room was cozy and had an excellent view of the mountains! I felt at home there. The staff were so friendly and pleasant! The restaurant and bar staff were awesome! It truly was a very fun stay. There weren't televisions in the room and I tell you want, I didn't even miss it!!

I recommend Hotel HoCo for people who want high value and very reasonable cost. The rooms are recently remodeled and include high end touches such as a large walk in shower and nice decor. Check in and out are efficient and staff are helpful. The trade off for the high value is that the rooms are small with not a lot of storage. The road noise is a soft hum and did not bother me.

Quite road noise did not bother

We booked this property the day of, we were pleasantly surprised. We loved the room, very clean and boho vibe. We had been traveling all day, and loved that we could sit on the porch and enjoy the beautiful views, and have a cocktail. They have a restaurant at the motel, which was very convenient, food was good. Highly recommend this motel.

Ok for a working man.

Easy access and quaint smaller room but homey. Nice cabin like feel. Clean. Parking was good. Noisy road next to it but they provide ear plugs and it’s really not that bad.

you can put lipstick on a pig, but it is still a pig. nice furnishings but still a nasty old motel

It was for one night stay. The room was clean and the decor was cute. The only thing I would recommend is to state somewhere in the room-notice that continental breakfast is available outside on a window ledge by the restaurant. I became aware of it only because I saw another person walk up there and come away with a cup in their hands. That's when I noticed the continental breakfast goodies- which were good, by the way!

It is clean and super cute. Friendly staff. My only disappointment is that the restaurant wasn't open. But I would definitely come back.

Super cute and funky property, conveniently located just moments out of downtown. They used to allow dogs, but apparently that privilege was abused and dogs are no longer welcome- bummer. The property is also for sale, so more changes are coming. Staff is friendly and accommodating- I checked in kind of late, looking for a caesar salad, a martini, and a comfy bed after 600 miles on the road. The woman at their little bar set me up with salad and martini that were both perfect. It IS on the highway so it can be a little loud with traffic noise, but they do supply little packages of ear plugs if you need them.

It had a bar and music on the property although with kind of irregular hours.

An older property that has been updated and is very clean. There is a good restaurant and lounge on the property as well. The location is beautiful! I would stay there again.

One of my favorite places in Pagosa

Just a quick stop along the way. Adequate for the price. No TV, but that’s OK. Very nice staff. Dog friendly.
3.0
Positives- friendly staff, convenient location ( middle of town)
Negatives- property right off the highway so a lot of noise ( earbuds provided but unable to sleep with them on so did not help), no TV ( inconvenient when u stay a night in occasionally for whatever reason), no microwave ( food is expensive in CO so a microwave is a huge benefit), room felt a lil cramped
Overall it was an ok stay but I would've paid a lil more for a better location and room amenities and I've also paid less for more than what this hotel offered.

Cute motel was perfect for our one night stay.

It is quaint and the small scale is nice. It is great to have disc gold and corn hole available.

No TV in public places and no breakfast as advertised. Limited dining contrary to advertised.

Was going to only stay 1 night but life events happen and I stayed 3, all in different rooms. Front desk lady was nice. The rooms were more rustic (no tv and lights very dingy lighting) than expected. Not any outlets by beds to plug in phone to charge. The shower currents don't stay in the shower and there was a big puddle on the floor when I got out, which is scary when the plug to the bathroom heater was very close to the bottom of the floor. The floor was slanted in room 8. The fans were great but not all working properly. It is a very noisy area since it is next to Hwy 160 so they kindly supply earplugs! The walls are very thin so early rising children next door was a rude awakening at 6 in the morning. There were large cracks around the doors that let air and light in. For the price, it was a little high I think but it worked. Would be great if owners/management would stay in each room a night and experience it as a guest would to fix all the kinks.

Was a good place to stay overnight between Durango and Royal Gorge. The room was very nice and basic. The room was comfortable but could have used a TV. The walls are very thin, but they do give you earplugs. I would use them!!

We booked last minute during a road trip based on our waitress's recommendation while eating at a local restaurant. The contactless check-in worked beautifully. The accommodations were cozy with a rustic flair. I was a bit surprised that there wasn't a tv in the room. The owner/operator has been most helpful in getting a forgotten item back to me. Will definitely stay again the next time our path leads through Pagosa S[rings!

We stayed at this motel for 1 night as we were passing thru Pagosa Springs. The rooms were very nice and look newly remodeled. They had a great bar located on the property which was having trivia night while we were there. The staff was great. So much fun!

What a nice place! I wanted to stay here on a previous trip, and accidentally booked another property. The staff was absolutely lovely, and accommodating to myself and my dog. My room was so cute, and very clean, and they are located very close to places to eat, as well as they have their own cute little lounge area. Loved it and will return.

Pretty noisy- next to highway- did provide earplugs.

Was told the room was only reserved for one person even though there were two people on the reservation. In addition, the rooms were spartan. Extremely expensive for the accommodations.
