This budget hotel was perfect, but the staff really excelled. I received above and beyond good service and a cheerful and helpful attitude from everyone I interacted with.
A special thanks to Louisa (or was it Lydia?) who helped return some items I had left in room. She showed kindness and initiative where many others would not have. Sorry I'm uncertain about the name, but I'm 100% in my admiration and gratitude.

Perfect for our spring break adventure to Carowinds. Hotel seemed brand new. Our room was clean, staff were great, plenty of dining options nearby and it was about 15 mins to Carowinds

Wonderful for our family of 4! We had everything they we needed and didn’t feel like we were getting in each other’s way. We will definitely stay here again.
