Most of the guests are very young, students perhaps? The fire alarm went off twice , while we were sleeping. Upon dressing and going down to the lobby, the staff had no idea what to do. They said it was smoke from the kitchen cooking, not to worry about it. The whole situation was unacceptable.

Great hotel close to everything in city center. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Only downfall was the fact that there are no windows to open in the room and efter a few nights it would have been nice with some fresh air. Aircondition worked but paused during the night as if there as a timer on, so would be worried about the timer during the summer.

Nice room, easy stay.
Available to late check in at all hours which suited us and our late flight.

Clean, convenient location.

Room was a good size with everything needed, ie hairdryer and iron. Large comfy bed. However, sink in bathroom was tiny and difficult to access, water pressure in shower was poor and cold water outlet was tepid

Solid housing choice for staying Dublin. Easy access to transportation, and most tourist sites are walkable from here. Check in was easy, staff was polite and helpful, and our room was clean and comfortable.

Very close to city center and bus stops close, so airport accessible. Clean, felt safe. Nice Staff.

This hotel was awesome. We arrived into Dublin at 8 am and were both exhausted from the overnight flight. The hotel allowed us to check in as soon as we arrived at the hotel. The beds were comfortable and the rooms had great amenities. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Timer service was great, location was great ! However the cleanliness really let it down . Previous residents hair on back of bathroom door, mould and dirt in the corners of the bathroom . Unpleasant for such a modern hotel .

Lovely apartment, no sofa as shown on photos but this did not matter. Clean, everything that was needed, great service from staff, small gym with little equiptment but perfect for a small session to keep ontop of fitness whilst away. Very pleased with stay.

I love this hotel: it is in a perfect location; it is immaculate; the staff are professional, knowledgeable, follow-through and friendly. I took an Express bus from the airport to George’s Quay, and the hotel was only 2 blocks away. It is close to Trinity College, lots of restaurants, shopping and sightseeing attractions. My room had a small kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. I am impressed with all the energy and environmentally-sensitive measures this hotel has taken. I had easy access to many forms of transportation to travel to other regions in Ireland from this hotel location. I had never been to Ireland before, but due to this wonderfully positive experience, I intend to return, stay at this facility and bring friends with me.

Staff were really friendly and helpful, food was nice and cheaper than most places. Only niggles was the head board and side board had a layer of dust & the air-con did not seem reduce the room temp at all. Other than that exceptional, would definitely visit again.

Comfortable smallish but adequately sized room. Bed comfortable, Work space fine and small kitchen with coffee machine and some free coffees for first day. Although _I have used the word small it was perfectly fine for one person and had I not been so busy I would have used the kitchen more. Shower a bit awkward to switch on without getting wet due to the door! Bathroom supplies all fine.
Pretty good value buffet breakfast. Hot range a little limited. There was a veggie sausage roll which was unusual but welcome. They gave me 4 the last morning so good for lunch too. Good cold options. Baked beans and scrambled eggs for veggies. Not sure the sausage roll was vegan .... though fruits and breads, Nice coffee!
Reception staff doubled as bar staff and were excellent. Really friendly and helpful. Large airy bar area also.

I enjoyed staying here… very spacious room, bathroom was also quite big and clean, a mini kitchen that came with fridge, microwave, electric stove and some pots/pans.
Also had a coffee maker and electric kettle… the hotel had provided ingredients to make coffee/tea and even had left some milk in the refrigerator.
I stayed alone but this would have been prefect for a couple or their rooms with 2 beds could easily fit 4ppl.
Convenient location in the city to be able to walk to restaurants and pickup points for tours.
I just felt the street and location was a bit unsafe in the early mornings/late nights since it was quite deserted. But I had no unpleasant experience. Loved & enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend it.

This is an outstanding hotel. It is quiet and comfortable and very modern. The breakfasts are great and the bar/food service, though modest in scope, is handy in case you don't feel like going out in the evening. I appreciated some of the design touches, such as the sound isolation built around the elevator doors. Laundry machines are another welcome convenience. Internet speed clocked in at an amazing 200Mb/sec, the fastest I have ever seen in a hotel!--and you don't have to go through some annoying sign-in process to use it. Location could not be more convenient, with Trinity College just steps away, many pubs and restaurants close by, and multiple train stations within walking distance. Branding may give the impression of a tourist-oriented hotel, but I found it an excellent place for business travel.

Nice clean apartment, great space for our stay. Walkable distance to so many resturants and tourist attracions

Great hotel, short walk to centre but beside train tracks so quite noisy, poor sound proofing in the rooms.

Staycity was a great location in Dublin. Close enough to walk to bars and dinning yet quiet at night to enjoy sleep.

Everything was amazing the only thing was that the smart tv apps did not work so it was a little disappointing that we couldnt watch a movie.

Everything was excellent!

Overall room was nice but was confounded by many things. Firstly there is no sound proofing between you and the corridor meaning you are awoken many times in the night with chatting, doors opening and closing and the doorbell for people to get in. Furthermore, the cleaners burst in to our room at 10am whilst we were still in bed without knocking which just ruined the whole experience for us if it wasn’t already with the terrible sleep.

Nice hotel

The hotel was clean, well maintained and the rooms were good value. However, the desk and kitchen stasff were outright rude - some of the worst customer service I have experienced in a hotel. For example, staff seemed bothered any time I asked a question or for any type service such as when I asked for muesli at the breakfast (there was a sign at the buffet questing that guests ask staff for this if needed - not sure why it wasn't left out with the other food) and the girl outwardly 'huffed'.

Great hotel, friendly staff. Highly recommended.

This place is like a dorm not a 4 star hotel.
The receptions serve food and do other things around the property. Parking is 13 minutes walking away and the rooms are not super clean.
