The apartment was great. It was clean and was just what needed.

Great place to stay for events at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, which was an easy walk from the apartment. The place was clean and well-styled with comfortable beds. The only thing I would change would be to receive parking and check-in instructions further in advance. I hadn't received them when I began the drive, and wasn't sure which parking entrance to use, so had to pull over once I got there to figure it out.

The location was better than expected. We were about a block away from Gainbridge Stadium where we watched the Fever WNBA play two games. Getting the key was not an easy process but mostly from not clear instructions as was finding the right building. Once we did ( people very helpful on the street) we were more than pleased with the condo and the location.

The apartment itself was very nice and clean. The location was great for exploring downtown Indy/surrounding areas -- pretty much everything we wanted to do was within one or two miles away. Checking in was a bit of a process, and rather frustrating. This apartment is part of a huge complex. Maps only got us so far. Going to Hotels.com and looking at "My Trips" didn't help. The unit is managed by something called Livesuites -- they sent an email with a link to a form I had to fill out. I did so on the way there, but then by the time we arrived, I couldn't find the site it sent me to. I finally found it - checking in was like an eleven or twelve step process. There are no signs on the floors, either, that direct you toward room/apartment numbers like there are in hotels. Once we got past the frustration of the check-in process -- which took us well over half an hour -- the rest of the stay was fine. Free parking in downtown Indy is also a plus.
