Location to Downtown Sarasota was great, we enjoyed a quiet walk a few different times to the local Corona cigar bar, the beach wasn't to bad but we came for Siesta key.
The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, although there was 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 people for 3 days, there's a gas station and CVS just down the street so no big deal to get a spare roll.
The area was very quiet, and we liked that.
We took in the Mangroves Kayaking tour during our stay, that was a blast and worth the price.
The property outside definitely needed some TLC there was plenty of outdoor space with furniture, but there was lot's of debris from the trees all over,
We had asked for early arrival as we came down for business and didn't want to leave our product in the vehicle while exploring Sarasota, we couldn't get a hold of the property manager we are older and don't know how to use all these funky doodads in our phones, used to getting a number for a keybox like in use for realtors,
It took about an hour to get into the property, we were searching for another property to stay and was just about to hit pay when we got a call back.

Proximity to downtown. Comfortable bed.
The place is not as the advertised photos. Broken blinds, curtains that don’t shut properly, mold in the air conditioner, bathroom sink hack job. Miscellaneous furniture everywhere. For 3 guests we were provided with 3 towels, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth. Side door was as not unlock-able. The list goes on. Really disappointed.

Loved the Sarasota downtown location!
Wish there was more lighting in the living room.

I liked that there were 2 bedrooms and they allowed my dog.
The bungalow is very run down, on a busy and noisy street. It really was an unpleasant stay, especially for the price.

The host was super terrific. The location was great, close to lovely park and dog park. The property was very clean. The property had a good kitchen, plenty of cooking options other than a stove.
Getting into the property was difficult due to the WiFi August lock system, which I could not get to work. A few things needed repair.

Cozy little place near everything
