The condo didn’t meet my expectations at all. The dryer was broke and I wasn’t informed of this issue until the day of check in, about a couple hours prior to my check in time which was 4pm. The washer smelled like mold and was nasty with black stuff and full of sand and shells, which without a dryer didn’t really matter if the washer worked or not. The air filters for the ac was covered thick with dust. The ice machine in the fridge didn’t work well, I think the filter needed to be changed as when we took it out and shook it and replaced it, it started making ice again. The tub/shower that wasn’t in the master bedroom was stuck on the shower position so no bathtub for the toddler. All the linens and towels were brand new and smelled funny especially the towels after use, I guess this was because they were brand new and never been washed. I couldn’t get the tv to work in the master bedroom. I thought it might have been the batteries but that wasn’t the issue, the tv was unplugged from power when we arrived and now I know why, because you can’t turn in on/off because no working remote, it just stays on the screen saver. I only was able to use my own accounts to watch netflix, etc. it had a paper in the condo stating that it was supposed to have cable channels but I was so sick of complaining I didn’t even mess with the tv issues. I reached out to the property owners and they did bring me more light bulbs, more brand new towels but never had a dryer.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo, but had I known that the property has had a broken elevator for quite some time and obviously has no plans on fixing it made for a miserable Sunday trying to check out and having take 11 flights of steps with our luggage just so we could get my son to his baseball game on time. The one working elevator was backed up for more than 30 minutes with those trying to use a luggage cart. Had some issues getting a visitor parking pass but the agency fixed that within about 3 hours. The unit was nice and updated, no complaints about the condo itself. I only removed one star because of the elevator issue. Thanks
