Located in Vancouver, this lovely house for $373 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Our home is in a quiet neighborhood one block from the lush Fraserview Golf Course, very popular for both golfing and morning strolls. We are 20 minutes away from both the YVR airport and Vancouver's Cruise Terminal. Whether you are planning a vacation with family or friends, a romantic getaway or just some you time, do so in the utmost of comfort. Our suite will be sure to suit your needs. This private basement suite is comfortably furnished & boasts a full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, hand mixer, coffee maker, ground coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, etc. The TV is equipped with Disney Plus, and complimentary WiFi is available. Both bathrooms are fully equipped with towels, body soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryers, bathroom tissue, etc. All beds are readily made for you with freshly laundered sheets & comforter covers! In suite washer and dryer makes it convenient for you to do your laundry at ease. Laundry detergent is also supplied. Iron and ironing board available. Street parking (free) is always available right in front of the home. The entrance to the private suite is at the back of the house and all rooms are all on one floor. There is a small staircase to go down to enter your oasis. No car? No problem! Bus transit is a few steps away. We are only a 9-minute drive from Metrotown, Canada's 3rd largest shopping mall. We are 20 minutes to Downtown Vancouver via car. Nearby playground is only a 5 minute stroll away. Champlain Square is a 3 minute drive away (or 13 minute walk) and there you will find multiple grocery stores, Starbucks, restaurants, a pharmacy, A&W restaurant, and much more! Due to the Coronavirus, we take extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations and our cleaning team cleans according to government guidelines. Floors above are occupied by the home owner, with children and a small dog.

We enjoyed the property and the host was quick to get back to us with any concerns. It was newly finished with upgraded finished. I appreciated having extra toiletries and cleaning supplies. Lots of extra towels and sheets. host provided fans to keep cool, but it was not very hot when we visited. Lots of street parking and we were able to walk to close restaurants. The location is further from downtown than I had thought. Distance is not far, but you will have tons of lights to go through. The beds were very hard (cheap Ikea mattresses) The second bathroom sink is smaller than a load of bread which makes it hard to use. There were six of us and there was not a ton of seating in the "living room." Overall we didn't spend much time at the rental, but did enjoy our time in Vancouver.

We just completed our 3 day stay. We had six adults. This is a great location, wonderful neighborhood and the host was very attentive and easy to communicate with. Would recommend.

We got there and was completely shocked we are entering into the facility through the back, with stone steps into a basement. I have my elderly mother with me and steps are very difficult. We were not aware this is in a basement and only the basement with no air conditioning in the hot summer. My kids and I felt sick immediately upon arrival and try to contact the owner but they refuse to help and just tell us to deal with it. So we had to leave and she refuse to refund us! I had to contact Vrbo to file a claim and wait for their response. I am still shock about how this posting even exist when Vrbo don’t allow share space! I specifically book through Vrbo to avoid sharing space, this was extremely disappointing and I had to spent a lot of extra money to book a hotel last min.

We stayed here with our two adult daughters. It was big enough that we all had our own room. We didn’t use the washer and dryer because we were at the beginning of our trip but that’s a nice convenience. The apartment was clean, easy to find and the host Colleen very welcoming and responsive to questions. Fans in the rooms were a welcome addition as the windows were difficult to open.

We are a group of seven adults and stay for almost two weeks. The suite has everything that you need such as it was advertised. Good beds, clean towels, an excellent radiant heater, nice bathrooms, well-illuminated, owners always to attend your requirements. The house is located in an excellent and quiet neighborhood with good neighbors. Highly recommendable..
