Located in San Antonio, this lovely house for $202 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Recently remodeled 3 bedroom townhouse in the Northwest side of San Antonio., centrally located just 10-20 minutes away from the major tourist attractions - Lackland AFB (15min west), Sea World (15min northwest), Fiesta Texas (10min north), and the famous Alamo and Riverwalk (15min south). This 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse located in a quiet gated community with a beautiful park-like setting and a sparkling community pool (not artificially heated). The community pool is located just steps away from the house in the middle of the complex. The pool season starts in mid-May and ends mid October. It is not artificially heated, so it's use is not recommended during cold weather. The HOA manages the operation of the pool. I have no control, and as such I cannot make any guarantees as to the pool availability during your stay. The bedrooms include 1 king size bed, 1 queen size bed and 2 full beds to accommodate 6 adults comfortably. The master bathroom has a standing shower. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The living room has a comfortable leather sofa and love seat and a 55" smart TV where you can stream your own Netflix or other favorite streaming service (no cable). Each of the bedroom also have smart TVs for streaming. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and is fully equipped with a drip coffee pot, blender, toaster, pots, pans, plates and silverware for 8 people. The formal dining room has a stunning wood table with seating for 8. The private patio area has a table, chairs, umbrella and a gas barbeque grill... perfect for a family outdoor gathering. The pool is located a few steps away from the house in the middle of the complex. The pool season opens mid-May and goes through mid-October. As with any pool, unforeseen issues sometimes arise which requires the HOA to close it temporarily for maintenance. It does not happen often, but when this happens, it is beyond my control, so I am unable to offer any guarantees. The pool is generally open during the off season, but it is not artificially heated, so its use is not recommended during the off season. We are pet friendly.. Our back patio is fully fenced in for the safety of your pet. The supermarket, Wal-Mart, movie theaters, and an array of restaurants are less than 2 miles away. In town for Air Force Basic Military Training graduation. Check-in process was very easy and although we didn't need to contact the owner for anything, the initial e-mail more than covered everything we needed to know for our stay. The location/distance to Lackland was convenient and the unit was roomy and comfortable.

Overall this was a pleasant place to stay. Pictures made it look a little nicer than it actually was. Neighborhood was not as nice as it looked in photos.

They really did a wonderful job stocking this place. If you forgot anything, they had it there. It was loaded with spices, shampoo, trash bags, and everything you will need. I hope to stay there again next year. Very comfortable beds, chairs, sofas etc. Thanks again. Randy

Overall, we had a great time. We only had two issues. I saw the biggest roach in the master bath light fixture. Probably could’ve gone down in the book of world records. Thankfully, it stayed there…I think. Second, that same light fixture was messed up. It was like a strobe light the entire time. Probably frying the roach. Other than those faults, everything else was great. We basically had the pool to ourselves each night. :-)

Very responsive host. Check in and out was a breeze. The kitchen was very well stocked in the pantry and plenty of cleaning supplies were provided. Roomy, excellent parking, very close to freeways, yet a quiet neighborhood. Only suggestions are to flip the king mattress as valleys are starting to form, and the leather couches are not great for older people. Also, as stated in an earlier review, the lack of curtains or shades on the back sliding doors did rather freak me out at night. Even though there is a privacy fence, perhaps consider some drapes. Outdoor space will be wonderful in warm weather. Overall, very nice place.

We were in town for a family funeral. The townhouse was centrally located in a secure gated community. Kitchen was well stocked beds Comfy, and tvs in all bed rooms so the kids weren't fighting over what to watch Grocery store and restaurants near by were Convenient we were able to make meals or grab take out. Over all a great stay

6 of us went for a graduation at Lackland Air Force base more than enough room for all of us. We were able to visit with my son and his friends and just enjoy the togetherness this place was perfect for what we needed

When we got there i thought it was weird that any of the beds had pillowcases, but sunday night i put a laundry and when i was going to dry it i realized all the things were in there. I think they forgot to put them

We were two families of friends who travelled to San Antonio with young kids for a long weekend. The house was a perfect spot for some easy meals and evening play time. The pantry was well stocked with the basics and some other stuff, there were ample utensils and dishes for everyone. The house was clean and quite safe for young kids . The communication from the owner was very clear. We really enjoyed the place and would go back.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly as pictured. The pantry was well stocked so I didn't have to buy every little basic item needed for cooking (oil, seasonings, etc). We enjoyed the pool every day and the house is a very short drive (.5 miles maybe) to a grocery store and only 20 minutes or so to every attraction we wanted to see. I would definitely stay again.

This townhome is convenient to many SA attractions. It is in a gated community and the kids loved the pool at the end of the day. The kitchen is well stocked. Bathrooms have plenty of towels and some backup toiletries. Beds were comfortable and pillows were nice. All in all one of the best places I’ve stayed!

This is a very clean and comfortable home. Felt very safe there! 24 minutes Fort Sam Houston- super easy to navigate to. Would definitely recommend this home! Everything was great! When we come back we will try to book this.

Was in town for my son’s graduation from Air Force BMT Training. The location was approximately 10 minutes from Lackland. It’s a gated community and was so peaceful and quiet all we could hear were the birds chirping as we sat on the enclosed patio which had a canopy table and chair. I felt like we were on vacation. Condo had nice updated which included hard wood floors and nice furnishings. It included all the amenities we needed though we had brought some of our own. The beds were super comfy. The keyless entry worked perfectly. There are no curtains or blinds at the patio window. I was ok with it because there are no neighbors behind the unit but there is a walking trail. The only misgivings is the drive through the complex. The pavement is hilly/bumpy. Almost felt like a ride at an amusement park. Would that keep me from staying at this choice again? Definitely not! The condo itself totally makes up for that. But that is the only reason my rating for Location/Neighborhood was 4 stars. C. Hall

We came to San Antonio to spend a weekend with our son who is At Lackland. Renting this home was extremely easy. The check in/ out process was also very easy. House was stocked nicely with all kitchen appliances/utensils. It was nice to have a smart tv in each bedroom too. Would definitely recommend.

It was a nice clean house and there was everything you needed to cook including spices and all kinds of supplies. However, it was a 20 minute drive to downtown and the Riverwalk which I believe the ad indicated was close by. The pool was not heated, there was no hot tub and the pool was full of leaves and unuseable.

Great place to stay for our 12 day vacation - clean, sharp looking, close access to the highway, close to shopping places like Sam's Club and HEB. 20 minute drive to the Japanese Tea Garden / downtown and lots of other places we visited.

Really enjoyed our stay! The only problem we had was coffee maker does not work, we wish there was a curtain or some type of drapery at Dining room windows ( for privacy) and the property should fix the driveway areas (potholes were horrible) Please replace front porch light for next tenant as well! The actual home was nice and we enjoyed our stay!! There was room for everyone, well stocked with supplies! Felt at home!!

Our family and some friends stayed here for the weekend and it was the perfect place! It was clean and well kept. There were plenty of pots and pans and utensils for cooking! There were towels and shampoo and conditioner if needed. It was the perfect size for us and we would definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was very clean, spacious and was adequately stocked with anything and everything we may have needed. The home was in a great location. This is our first time renting and an Air B&B and it did not disappoint. Chris was a wonderful host. He was very responsive and answered all our questions. The welcome binder had great information once we arrived and was extremely helpful. Thank you Chris, if we are ever in San Antonio again - we will definitely be looking to stay at your property again!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is located centrally to everything including medical, retail and restaurants. A family vacation to see the Alamo, Seaworld, and riverwalk. Couldn't have picked a better place to stay! The place was so quite and was just a short drive to Sea World and the River Walk. The house was nice and clean and nicely decorated. The cherry on top was the Comfort of the beads and how extremely quite it was! After Seaworld you can't ask for more! We were very pleased with our stay and will definitely be back!
