About this apartment rental
This fully equipped 2 bedroom /2 bathroom whose full renovation was completed in May 2016 is very centrally located on a little quiet street called rue pecquay in the middle of le Marais. you are 2 blocks away from the Pompidou center which is a major modern art museum. there is a vast selection of metro stations in the neighborhood including the main les Halles/Chatelet metro hub. The apartment consists of a one-bedroom with living room with a comfortable queen size sofa bed, bedroom with king-size bed ( 180*200 cm or 72*80 inches), large closet, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer/drier, traditional and microwave oven, full-size fridge and freezer and shower room and an adjacent small studio with twin beds which can easily be transformed into a queen-size bed and a shower room. there is a coat rack and a shelf in the studio but no closet. the one-bedroom and the studio have their own individual entrances closed to each other see pictures but do not communicate directly. the studio and the one-bedroom lock with a different key. Please be aware that the one-bedroom and the studio do not rent separately and are a walk-up on the first floor ( second American). there are only this one bedroom and this studio on the first floor of the building. they can provide privacy for two couples or adult children with their parents due to the independent entrance. they open on the rue pecquay street with three windows which are each equipped with blinds and shutters. The apartment comes with free WI-FI, and international cable channels. The all-inclusive rental fee covers high-quality linens and towels. Le Marais is one of the most charming areas of Paris. XVII century-old district with plenty of 'hotels particulars' (mansions) and gardens. Museums. Luxury shopping, galleries, and the traditional selection of food shops you can find in a French living area.

My husband and I checked in with Olivier who was easy to communicate with and to arrange the time to meet; he gave a quick tour with explanation of how to use the washer/dryer (great to have!), heaters in each unit, etc. The living space and main bathroom / bedroom are well-equipped with wonderful storage provided in the main bedroom to unpack for the week.
The condo’s location is wonderful – steps from a street with cafes and markets. It was an easy walk to the Metro and to the Seine. It is also comfortably secure – there’s a gate code to access a courtyard and another to access the building.
We didn't use the separate studio bedroom until the third night when our friends arrived (another couple who had been traveling for several weeks). They felt it was too cramped and impossible to unpack / leave opened luggage in. Be sure to examine the pictures carefully: note that a single chrome wall rack is the only storage, there is very minimal floor space (not even room for a small bedside table), and there is no drawer space at all. There IS a medicine cabinet in the bathroom for toiletries. One issue that could not be determined from pictures was that there is limited hot water in the studio unit so getting a single full shower taken was a challenge (the paperwork in the unit mentioned the small hot water heater size).
This rental is likely best for a family who can share the storage and bathroom in the main unit. Since there is no connecting door between the units – as shown in

The second bedroom is not desirable due to size. 2nd bath room needs updated badly. Kitchen well equipped. Master bedroom is fine. Olivier the property manager is very kind and helpful. Apartment is clean and very well located

Oliver's apartment was fantastic. Our son could use the additional apartment, and we had lots of space. The location in Paris is my favorite. We loved having a washer/dryer, which is rare, I hear. We would definitely stay again.

The apartment was in a great location surrounded by shops & restaurants in a charming neighborhood. The apartment was comfortable & I was so thankful they had a fan in every room due to the summer heat! I was pleased that the separate room had its own toilet & small shower. The separate room was so small that I had to open my luggage up on the bed. I’d definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Olivier’s apartment. He was always responsive to all emails prior to our arrival and we enjoyed meeting Salvadore when we arrived. He was very courteous and showed us around the apartment. The neighborhood is phenomenal and an easy walk to cafes and sightseeing. Since we didn’t use public transportation at all other than Uber I can’t comment on that. I would definitely recommend his apartment to all future travelers to Paris. Thanks, Olivier.

This apartment is perfect for a short stay in Paris. Wonderfully located with everything you need at your fingertips and most Paris highlights within walking distance. Metro stations and bus stops on the doorstep make everything so accessible. Very obliging host who is easy to communicate with. The apartment is well equipped.

First of all, Oliver was extremely helpful, both before and during our trip. The apartment was amazing. It had a large bedroom and comfortable pull-out couch in the livingroom. There was also another room next door with a bed and bathroom. That was mine. Grandsons took the larger apartment. We used the washer/dryer combination every day. The location was accessible to everything we wanted to do. The area was safe and clean. I even let my grandsons (ages 16-21) go off on their own. Thank you, Oliver making our stay so comfortable.

The apartment was exactly what we needed. The layout is a little strange but, we were able to cope with it. The beds were comfortable. The sitting area and kitchen were adequate. The furnishings were a little tired, yet again, we were satisfied. Besides the initial orientation with Salvador, we had no contact with the property manager. Based on previous reviews, I had expected that available transportation locations would be explained, as would best restaurants and shopping within walking distance. I would like to believe we could have reached the manager if it was necessary. We managed in this lovely neighborhood to find our way. As with most European washer/dryer combos, this one was a disappointment. We spent hours in attempts to wash and dry our clothes. I'm glad I was with understanding and adventurous family members. Would I stay there again? Maybe. I did love the neighborhood and the price. Mom was right. You get what you pay for.

This flat is around the corner from a busy street with lots of shops and eateries. Our fav patisserie was Chez Meunier and our fav dinner spot was Spoon. Our teen very much enjoyed all of the shopping close by-thrift stores galore, along with high end places like Stussy. Was just about 15min walk to the Seine near Notre Dame. The problem we had with our stay was the noise-it was a very hot spell in Paris so we had to have the windows open but that meant there was no privacy (only 1 flight above and across from a restaurant) and it was extremely loud. The reviews warned us of the noise, and I imagine many places in Paris are the same, but we definitely didn’t sleep much/well.

We were two couples visiting Paris for 4 nights. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. There are two separate parts. One with a bedroom, bath, and the living area/kitchen and the other just a bedroom and small bath. Be aware that the small room is very small-even for Paris! Almost nowhere to put a bag. But otherwise it was very comfortable. The kitchen well equipped, nice dining table at the window. The location is off a side street in a busy neighborhood. Tons of cafes, restaurants, and shops just a few steps away. But be aware that it can be a little noisy at night and early mornings.

our host escorted us to the vrbo safely when the strike was on in Paris. He was most accomodating and very attentive.
I would work with him again as a host. We were unable to stay the entire time and he refunded a portion of our money.

The location simply could not be better. The apartment is comfortable, the kitchen adequately equipped, the WiFi excellent. Small problems encountered upon arrival were dealt with quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Location, Location, Location! This property was prime -- turn right or left & we were in love! The place was roomy enough - beds were super comfy & entire place very clean. Kitchen was cute (altho we never did find the dishwasher?) A roll of paper towels & more toilet paper would have been nice and 'hooks' go a long way. The spare bedroom wasn't used at all, but nice to have in case we needed it.
If visiting Paris again, I would def stay here & would absolutely recommend to friends. Olivier was very helpful & gave us a great tip on the G7 taxi service!!

The apartment was great. It was in a fantastic location with easy access all over Paris. Our host Olivier was the best. He was always available and gave of great tips on how to get around. Even gave us an app to bring a taxi no matter where you were in the city. I highly recommend this location if you are going to Paris.

If you want to visit Paris only go to hotel do not go to apartments like this one

If you with kids so the second room it’s not at the same apartment we couldn’t use it

Apartment has a fantastic location on a street with artisan food shops etc and we walked to all the sights and museums. Apartment worked well for us as a family of 4 with 2 teens and was well equipped. Olivier also enabled us to leave our luggage earlier than the check in time which was much appreciated after a long international flight and met us on arrival to explain how everything worked. Would recommend to others.

Loved the location and apartment spacious with great washer/dryer and internet. Comfortable beds. Minimal English language channels, no pay TV access?? Paid large amount for 2 weeks! Insufficient hot water flagged by owner on arrival but still insufficient.. strange crockery about 15 plates but only 4 bowls. We bought 6 functional knives as none there.. no welcome basket just what last people left behind. For that money expected better. Loved marais but would try another VRBO next time.

This rental is conveniently located in an area that makes Paris very accessible. The beds were soooo comfortable , communication was clear, and the host was easy to contact. Checkin was quick and easy. We would highly recommend this rental and hope to return again!

This wonderful apartment is located off a main street in the lively and energetic neighborhood of Le Marais. It's an easy walk from Chatelet Les Halles which is one of the main stations that you can arrive from after taking the RER from CDG airport. There is a cafe right on the corner, and many other restaurants, cafes and bakeries are nearby. This is a lively neighborhood, but things quiet down after about 11pm. Metro and bus stations are close, and it's easy to walk to Notre Dame, Hotel de Ville and many other iconic sites in Paris. The apartment was clean and well-appointed. While there is no A/C, we were just fine as the shuttered windows, cool nights and fans made the apartment very comfortable. Olivier was our property manager who was very helpful in meeting us and walking us through all the apartment details. We would definitely recommend!

Location is amazing, right in the middle of Le Marais. The apartment is divided by two areas, having the second bedroom (it's not a studio) independent from the main area, which it's very small. We had a comfortable two nights stay and will recommend this apartment for a group of friends.

The owner let us set up early and leave late, worked with us to arrange access and even helped with recommending a taxi service to the airport.
The apartment comfortably housed 6 of us in a safe area with access to plenty of restaurants.
We had great communication and helpful texts and calls. Couldn't have been happier with the courteous support.
You get exactly what you see in the photos. No surprises. The weather was hot and no hvac but we knew that going in and there were fans and shutters. Perfectly set up for what we needed.
