Take the elevator from the ground floor up to any floor of the home! ** There is also a ping pong table** First Floor: Features a romantic master bedroom with a large KING bed, flat screen TV and a full bathroom. The gourmet kitchen features a large sink, double oven, stainless hood, granite counter-tops, tile backsplash and a large island with 4 counter stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you need for the week and a starter set of trash bags, detergent and paper towels. The living room and dining room are an open floor plan featuring 12 foot wide sliding glass doors that open up the first floor to a large screen porch with relaxing views of the freshwater lagoon.. The porch features plenty of lounge furniture. Second Floor: Features a master bedroom with a luxurious king bed and large flat screen tv. A door in the master suite leads you to a large private porch for enjoying morning coffee! The oversized master bath is spa like with plush robes, a large tiled shower, and dual vanities. Also, on the 2nd floor are two additional bedrooms. One bedroom has a QUEEN bed, flat screen tv.. The other room is another KING bed and with flat screen TV.. Golf Cart offer: Beach House Boutique offers 6-passenger electric golf carts that can be transformed into 4-passenger + cargo. Golf carts can be parked at the public beach parking. Beach Access: The property is located in the Folly Field area. The closest beach is Folly Field Beach. There is a dedicated paved path from the house all the way to the beach and it is less than a 10min walk. There is beach parking for golf carts and vehicles with 51 metered parking spaces and 3 ADA-accessible spaces available on a first come first served basis. Included supplies: Your property will come stocked with a STARTER set (you will need to buy more) of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags. Cancellation Policy: You must cancel 60 days prior to check in for a full refund. We highly suggest you purchase our vacation rental insurance. You will receive an email with directions on how to do so after booking. Beach House Boutique does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as: weather, road conditions, power outages, security, travel warnings, pandemics or political unrest.
