We like to take annual beach vacations and wanted to try a new location this year. After visiting the Gulf Coast a few years ago, we narrowed down our search to Perdido Key and found the most wonderful ocean-front condo there. Perdido Skye has a 180-degree panoramic view of the beach that is breathtaking. It's an easy walk to the shoreline, and we enjoyed a week on its uncrowded, peaceful, pristine beach. This condo has been completely remodeled with stylish furnishings, high-end appliances and has powerful A/C units. It has a very upscale living space to enjoy, with all the kitchen amenities one needs and a king bed that is extremely comfortable. We met its owner, Jack, who went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay. We have already made reservations to return next year. We highly recommend Perdido Key and specifically Jack's condo. It is everything we desire for a week in paradise.

Perfect getaway for someone not wanting to be in the hustle bustle of things. Beach wasn't crowded, traffic was light, good local food. We had a great time. The condo was perfect as described.

Our unit on the 7th floor was extremely nice with a beautiful view of the water. We enjoyed riding our bicycles in the morning at Gulf State Park which was close by and spent a few afternoons enjoying the music at Flora-Bama.

Very good property , on the top floor so u can look out at the ocean. Very clean and had everything you could need for a small family. Beach access was easy with private entrance. Hardly any people on the beach , the beach does offer chair rental with an umbrella. We had a blast looking for shells and having a beach that had so little people on it. Also right across the street from shops and pizza place, ice cream polar ect.

I greatly enjoyed my stay at Perdido Key. The condo is lovely and has an amazing view. The beach is just a short walk and we went every day. Also, the bed was very comfortable with a great mattress which helped with getting a great night sleep away from home. The patio is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee and listen to the ocean waves. A+!!

This was our first time vacationing in this area of Florida and we couldn’t have picked a better condo. The location was great and the condo was one of the cleanest and well maintained we have ever stayed in. We loved that the majority of restaurants were local to the area. A couple of grocery stores and convienent stores were extremely close and easy to get to. Overall, I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay in a less densely populated area along the Florida panhandle.

I have never been to perdido key or Pensacola and me and my girlfriend decided to book this property to check out the area because we are moving there. It was such a clean and nicely furnished condo with a great ocean view and a nice clean beach! jack was also very nice and a great help he was ready to answer any questions we needed to ask! Check in/Out was super easy and it wasn’t too far from anything you wanted to do! I’d recommend this him to anyone I’ll definitely be coming back we loved it!

The condo was just as we expected. Actually, I was impressed with the quality of the cooking implements and pots and pans - better than any other vrbo condo we've stayed in. Lucky we didn't need the bunk beds because they are definitely very small, but no prob for us. Actually, our one complaint is that the front leg is broken on the couch. It actually sits on a slope because of that. We happened to pick a week when it was too cold to sit on the balcony, so maybe we will come back when the weather is a little better. Because it was cold, we realized the choices of channels on the TV are pretty limited. You need to have more movie channels, even if it's the old movies .Those are out only complaints. The bed is very comfortable and the view can't be beat and we did see dolphins playing right in front of the condo.

Very clean and the perfect size for me and my two children (17 & 10 ). The view from the balcony of the beach and sunset was absolutely stunning. Really could not have asked more of this property. Beautifully decorated and equipped. We hope to return soon.

Could not get the lock box to work properly from the get go, so I have to mail the key back to the owner now? But since the condo did not have a pleasant smell(could be a cleaning issue), I could not even stay one nite there and had to scramble to find another location, after being in the car for over 8 hours that day? Not what I “bargained” for…

Everything was clean, well organized, and the decor was beautiful and inviting. We were so close to the water we could easily see dolphins swimming in the gulf! It all went together so well that it made our anniversary very special and memorable!!

Delightful beach retreat. Perfect Perdido Key destination for a small family. Very clean condo in top-notch condition, high-end appliances, tastefully decorated, amazing view. Facility has excellent beach access and the beach attendant service is not too aggressive in demanding all the best spots as we have experienced at other locations in the past. Bunk beds are small so would not recommend for bigger kids. Great location in Perdido. Close to state park beaches. Also, a walk up para-sail service right on the beach! Great restaurants, ice cream, souvenirs stores right across the street. Including the amazing "Breakfast Club" restaurant. Recommend the craw-fish etouffee omelet or the peach french toast! Thanks for a great experience. We'll be back.

This place is great! The location is perfect, the condo is clean and well equipped, and the beach is just a few steps away. Our host Jack was very responsive and pleasant to communicate with throughout the whole process. My only complaint is that the twin beds are TINY and built into the hallway. But they would be fine for little kids. The sofa bed was perfect for my teenage granddaughter, and the king size bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend!

Love the 7th floor view of the beach/ horizon, with more privacy and quiet. The condo is clean and very comfortable. The host has nice decor taste, giving the place a modern feel. Somehow, Perdido Key has avoided over development, with no chains or big box stores, fitting snuggly between Orange/Gulf Shores and Pensacola. We'll be back someday!

Perfect location right on the beach. Great complex with pool and boardwalk directly to the sand. The unit was clean, wonderfully decorated, and well stocked with everything you'd expect to make for a relaxing stay. Already dreaming about when we can get back again!

My wife and I just wanted to getaway together for a week and enjoy the beach. This condo provided everything we needed for this trip. Condo with beautiful views of the Gulf, a wonderful restaurant just across the street, ice cream shop, walk out of the building and put your toes in the sand, nice pool with plenty of lounge chairs, close to where you could drive to go and watch the Blue Angels practice, also a close drive to many other local restaurants with great seafood. Condo was great for what we needed. Only thing we have a negative about would be on the king mattress. Just a little too firm and again that is our preference. We had a great week and one of our best vacation locations ever.

The condo is nicely decorated and clean. There are restaurants and shopping right across the street. If you want to visit the famous Flora-Bama it is less than a 10 minute drive from the condo. Check In & Out is very simple. There are carts by the stairs on the ground level that you can use to haul your luggage & such from your vehicle to the condo. The host, Jack, is a super nice guy and is easy to get in contact with. I would definitely stay here again.
