First floor is for gathering in the comfortable common areas, and there is a fully equipped chef's kitchen, and a full capacity laundry room. There is a pull out sofa in the Fireplace room. On the 2nd floor are 5 bedrooms (one has a King bed, the rest have queen beds) and each bedroom has an attached full bathroom. The 3rd floor is a large loft with 2 stand alone twin beds and 2 bunk beds - twin beds on top, full beds on the bottom, a bathroom, and TV. (There are 6 beds total in the bunk room.) Perfect for a family stay with kids. A gas grill is available for guest use just outside the kitchen. All the conveniences of home while you're away. Please note the dock is public, only for fishing, walking, and hanging out on. You cannot tie anything to the public dock, it is only meant for loading in and out. A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $149 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $2500. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount. High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee. Dogs are allowed with an additional fee, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Please be advised that it is absolutely imperative for all renters to keep their dogs on a leash at all times. While we truly appreciate and value pets, ensuring that our furry friends are leashed or properly secured is of utmost importance to us. Please take your pup with you or kennel them when you leave the home. We cannot have lonely barking dogs left at our property. Please be considerate and clean up after your pet. There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations. If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean.
