The staff at this motel was some of the friendliest I have met when traveling! Kelsey, who checked us in was so friendly and accommodating making sure we received the type of room we requested in online registration, and steering us to a place to eat dinner. The morning staff made sure there were fresh hot breakfast items available to us right before the 9:30 deadline. Other places would have said "sorry Charlie". Beds were comfortable, the room was clean and the price was reasonable. We would for sure stay there again!

Lobby has a very bad odor of cigarettes.
The room also had a bad odor. I had to go to a store and buy a plug-in air freshener.
The bedspreads had hair embedded in them.
The tub didn’t drain properly by the end of the shower, I was standing in ankle deep water.
Noise travels very well. I could hear the guests in the room across the hall speaking at normal tones.

Needs improvement and remodeling. Our was smelly and moisture was coming from the window. Our dresser drawers were stocked the other one was loose.

Because of snow and ice, we really couldn't see or evaluate the area around the property! The cleanliness and staff were outstanding. Helpful, professional, and friendly. Very happy with our stay.

Hotel staff was very welcoming. Our room was right around the corner from the lobby yet it was super quiet!
Recommendation made by the front desk for dinner was spot on! The Pine Grill was great!

Travis at the front desk was especially helpful, as he secured an item of my clothing that I had accidentally left behind in the room. I was able to retrieve it on my next stay, for which I was very grateful. Thank you, Travis! Other staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and the shower outstanding! Good breakfast, too!

Recently updated rooms are nice. Water smells a bit odd when you run the shower. Outside is in rough shape but the inside is nice/updated. Area itself is pretty noisy and I was in an end room so I literally heard every room open/close at all hours

The water faucets were backwards and would not shut off in a normal way. There were bits of paper by the baseboard.it took forever to get hot water, thus wasting lots of water. As the faucets were all wrong, water got on the counter leaving a mess.

The top bed cover and comforter had something brown on them and should have been noticed by housekeeping and never put back on any bed even if it was a stain! The coverlet and the comforter had the same stain one underneath the other so I think it had been stained by the previous occupants. The manager did bring us another comforter but said the hotel "HAD NO MORE CLEAN COVERLETS".

Bed was a little soft and pillows a little lumpy. Otherwise, the room was comfortable and clean. In particular, there was more light (from lamps) in the room than many hotel rooms.

The check out time was 11 am and the housekeeping person kept knocking on the door and trying to open it. She was in a rush to get in.
Very unprofessional.
The manager didn’t even apologize and tried defend it.
The person at the reception didn’t let us to get a juice bottle from the kitchen because it was “past breakfast time”

The people were wonderful. The room lacked accessible outlets. This was a huge inconvenience for us. We could only charge our devices in the bathroom. We asked an employee to help us so my husband could use his cpap machine.
Breakfast was fair, not good.
The shampoo and conditioner were barely enough for two of us.

Surprisingly great. This was a cheap stop over on a long drive and I was worried I should've sprung for a higher priced room. The outside of the building is dated, but the rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable and updated. The service was excellent, staff members we incredibly kind and accommodating.
It's walking distance to the gas station and a couple of restaurants. Lots of parking. Great for a quick overnight stop on a budget!
