Everything was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed so my neice could swim for her birthday and the water was FREEZING!!! Hot tub was amazing though

Friendly staff. Very attentive staff member who kept the breakfast area well stocked and clean. Room was nice and clean and equal to what I was expecting. Mattress and bathroom had signs of fatigue but the room price made up for this. Definitely would stay here again

I would like to recommend this facility the staff was helpful if not professional. While to common areas seemed a little run down the room was surprisingly modern and clean. I know this sounds petty but I cannot give this hotel a recommendation because it has the worst water pressure I have ever experienced. When there are many options at a similar price in the area why would I stay at a place where I can not take a decent shower.

The room smelled like smoke and dog pee. We ended up leaving. No one was at front desk when you left so couldn’t complain

Our room was clean however the bedside table was missing a drawer. And the coffee tasted old.

We had to stay over due to weather. He hotel was an older hotel but was clean and the front desk gentleman was very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

The quality inn is a good value. Yes it’s an older hotel so probably needs a few updates but for the location and price it was perfect for our needs. Fast check in, comfortable bed and the room was clean. We left before breakfast started so can’t comment on that but everything else was as described. We would stay again and would recommend.

Property is in a good area, however it is old and dirty. First room our keys wouldn’t work, second room seemed okay (minus bedsheet stains, so we had to swap them out) until I noticed tons of black mold on the curtains, asked to be moved to a third room which ended up having a roach on the bed. The third room smelled of smoke and was very dirty, including stains on the floor. Our room keys also had to be reset numerous times.

We found the motel very enjoyable. After a day of physical labor, the hot tub was a real treat. Good location and the room was quite comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very filling.

The hotel needs updating. I didn’t feel the safest sleeping there at night and there seems to be a slight issue of bed bugs which happens since people from all places stay in hotels but when the hotel was notified of the issue they sent staff up to look in the room and said they didn’t see anything.

Really comfy pillows! Nice breakfast, though we were there a week and a little extra variety would have been nice. I wish the lobby and halls didn't smell like smoke, though happy the room was fine.

The tub was dirty and there were roaches in the room. One actually crawled out of the bed my daughter was sleeping in.

Staff was not friendly, seemed bothered by my attempt to check in, careless in dealing with other customers, poor customer service. Building was not clean, not welcoming, not in good repair.

When we arrived, and they gave us our room, the entire room was torn apart and uncleaned with dirty bedding, laying on the floor and the mattress actually off the bed. We were given a different room, but I feel at that point we should’ve been refunded our money. There was absolutely no service recovery.

Well for starters it’s no longer Quality Inn & suites.It is called Freedom Inn Hotel….No Wi-Fi, They were painting horrible smell, 1 ice machine on the 1st floor, we were on the 3rd floor.That nite it got unplugged , so they could paint. Coming down on the elevator, it shimmied like my sister Kate.And when you called the front desk, they would pick up the phone and hang it back on the cradle. The Breakfest area was filthy, no one was in there ,to clean after sloppy people. The sink ran very slow,going down. Like 10 minutes or mor3, same as the tub. I called & ask if they had a pool…Got there it was half empty, with scum. The staff was as helpful as they could be.But the actual owners, were no where to be found. Like the old saying, you can’t make a silk purse out of a pigs ear. You should check your references better Not a happy experience.

Sarah front desk is amazing. Check us in right away. And is very pleasant to talk to. The hotel is nice and the room was clean. Bed are comfortable and pillows to.

The room smelled like dog. We asked for another room but was told that they were pall booked and did not have another. They apparently don’t clean up their rooms very well .

Check in was easy the manager Rodney very pleasant Cindy in the breakfast area very nice and helpful making food didn't run out Cleaning and explaining how the waffle make works to my 9 year old grandson This started the day on positive note

Ron & the woman working the front desk (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name) were both incredibly professional, accommodating & just plain sweet. The house keepers were great as well. So many dining & shopping options right next to this location. The room was super clean other than the bathroom I’d give a 4/5 stars. Beds comfortable and good selection for the continental breakfast. A very fair price for a great stay. Will definitely come next year for our next fair visit! Thank you!

The ONLY issue was the hot tub was not fully functioning, and the pool looked as if it could use a detailed cleaning. Staff great, room great!

The room was clean and everything in it worked properly. There was a strong smell of chlorine in the hall because of the pool, but I have no other complaints. The pool did appear unusually green, however, which would have bothered me more if I had wanted to swim. The hotel was conveniently located next to major shopping center.

I do not recommend this property. The hallways smelled of marijuana, and you could hear and FEEL every step taken in the hallways and neighboring rooms. I was laying in bed and feeling the vibration of people walking down the hallways. I’ve never experienced this. I would pay an extra 20 a night and stay elsewhere.
