Get the premium room on a higher floor. Small price increase for much better room. Good buffet breakfast included in room price.

Service was worse then bad.

I have stayed here twice. For me the fact they have a two restaurants and a bar means I do not have to travel outside for my needs.

We enjoyed our stay. So nice to have restaurants in the hotel after a long day of shopping. The room was nice but we found it a little dark. Another floor lamp would be good and another chair. The location is great. Looking forward to our next stay.

The hotel was decent but nothing to rave about. The bathroom is so small and tight. There was hardly any chairs in the room. I only stayed since it was close to family but otherwise, would not go back nor recommend. It was okay.

I regularly stay here while in town for business for the service, location and value.

There shouldn’t be a space between the bottom of the door and the hall. Light and sound comes into the room. The temperature thermostat was difficult to manage. The shower is hot or cool. The bathroom was tiny. But the staff try their very best to make you happy, although they don’t always answer the phone when you call front desk from your room.

My husband and I wanted to get away for the weekend since it was forecasted to be a great one weather-wise. We stayed in room w a king bed. From check in to check out, we were treated w respect from the friendly staff. Food was tasty, room was comfortable. The only thing I would request is that there be a second chair in the room that way we could both have a place to sit. We were pleasantly surprised that the included breakfast was a full hot breakfast, not just a continental one. Also, because we were guests, we had the option to upgrade to their Sunday buffet for an extra $19.99/pp. it was worth the extra money. Also, when we got home, we realized that we forgot something that was not easily replaced so I called the hotel. Luckily Joan answered and she remembered me from Friday check in. She put me through to Teresa, head of housekeeping staff. I explained the situation and she said she would ask her staff and also went to check our room herself. About 10 minutes later, she called me to let me know she found it and made sure it was at the front desk for our friend to pick it up 1.5 hours later. Talk about above and beyond customer service! As for location, it was easy to get to major routes, had a variety of restaurants and a major shopping center nearby as well as theatres. We will stay there again.
