One night. Reliable hotel. Have stayed once before for business. Clean room. Really good bar and resto. Good value.

The accommodations were in clean and modern. We had hot water for all of us to shower and plenty of quiet rest in decent beds with comfortable beds. The staff was professional and knowledgeable and upbeat. Easy on/off from the highway. Food close by. We would stay here again for an over night visit or business trip.

Front desk was very nice in both phone coversatiosn and when we arrived late after a long drive. Our trip was short, so we did not have much opportunity to try any of the amenities. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is convenient.

It was very unpleasant due to the people that we had staying underneath us a 4-year-old child couldn't be a 4-year-old child and an 8-year-old couldn't be an 8-year-old without getting complained alls we did was walk around had grumpy people there to convenience people like us that have children at this age especially grandparents and they disabled grandmother maybe you should think about putting them on the lowest level of floor that you may have from the first floor maybe to the second due to how your hotel might be set up but having to get calls from the front office because my grandchildren were simply walking around in your surrounding motel room and happen multiple times with the customer going downstairs complaining after a phone calls into our room if you look at how much money that we spent for one night just to hang out there with our family it was worth it on the end of your motel being very clean staff was awesome but it's accommodate people like us say I think it would be easier to have children under the age of 12 on the lowest levels to accommodate as we were told and elderly couple that was below us that kept banging on the floor and we were trying to be calm and quiet we went swimming for hours to even help try to quiet down gentlemen still had a problem and an issue with my 4-year-old granddaughter Yes I'm going to repeat that a 4-year-old thank you sincerely Mitch

I will stay here again when I come to Salem. Very handy to be on the airport shuttle route. Friendly staff.

Great room. Initial check in person acted put off that we were there. Not overly friendly but everything else was good.

It was one of the best stays at a hotel that I’ve had. The $20 I paid for breakfast was misleading. When I checked in the hostess said my “complimentary breakfast”. I said no I paid $20 extra for that.
Other than that the stay was good.

The hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly. The room was very nice and plenty of charging stations and work spaces. Quiet as well, no outside noise. The bed and sheets were incredibly comfortable. I was very happy with my experience.

Amazing stay! The staff in wonderful and auper helpful. There is a restaurant attached to this property with a full bar. Food was great! Thank you for such a nice stay.

Beautiful hotel. Nice and clean. Paid $5.00 for the best breakfast. Restaurant served and great waitress.

Didn't like: no hotel directory in the room, so I had to contact the front desk every time I had a question.

I was there two nights, and housekeeping took the used towels but didn't replace them. They didn't empty the garbage, make the bed or replenish the coffee either. The front desk people had trouble printing out the bill when I left. They told me that I didn't really need it!

A large homeless encampment is set up in an adjacent parking lot. We were afraid to park our car in the parking lot for fear of break-in. There was an issue checking in at the front desk, the room was paid for but they insisted on a $100 deposit on our credit card but their machine wasn't working so they wrote out card # down. I don't like that, not to mention that they eventually put a hold on the card and it is still pending 6 days later. I talked to the front desk at check out about the hold and was assured it would drop off that day. Still waiting. We will not be back.

I booked a room with bath tub because my daughter wants. I got there and the lady said its not avalaible only king bed with walking shower. Im very very disappointed.

The front desk was great. The room was not very clean. The phone didn’t work in the room so I couldn’t order food from the restaurant. Check out is at 11am, however, housekeeping comes at 9am and bangs on the door. They proceeded to bang on every door in the hallway.

All good until I woke up. Power outage made coffee, shower and anything else impossible. I packed up, walked down 3 flights of stairs and checked out.
