We loved the super friendly and helpful staff. The swimming pool was so fun! Beds and pillows comfortable. Some of the wood furniture is a bit beat up (scratched... old looking) BUT... really... all was very good. We will stay again next time we do an overnight in West Yellowstone.

We had a wonderful time! We arrived earlier in the day than expected, the gal at the front desk accommodated an early check in for us. We had so much fun swimming and my son couldn't get enough of the waterslide. The room was very clean and comfortable. Definitely will stay there again!

Don't ever let them put you in room 221. Directly over the pool so screaming kids up till 10pm & woken at 6am to the nightshift porter using a jet to clean the Jet Tub in the pool area directly below us. Breakfast was adequate & overall service was good. We were there to visit Yellowstone Park so were out most of the day, plenty food options around the town, However late April the town has literally just begun to open up so not all premises were open. Lovely wee town overall though, Imagine in the height of the season it is very much alive. Just so disappointed in the room we were given, surely they must know just how bad the noise is being directly above the pool. We gave up after 2 nights making our excuses as we had covered the only open parts of the Park by then & couldn't face another night of noise. We did tell reception & were offered another room, but once you have fully unpacked everything it seemed more hassle than was worth to be given a smaller room. Would we return, probably, just don't give anyone room 221. what a stupid place to put a room where screaming kids & cleaning can be heard at all hours of the day. Yellowstone Park was amazing even with the limited access

Really nice hotel. Check in was great. Our room was nice, and clean. My wife and I were in the pool, and an employee came in and asked if we wanted the water slide water on. Very nice to come and ask and then go turn it on for us.

Great place but unfortunately we went at the wrong time of the year. We will stay there again when we go back in the Spring sometime

the carpet was very stained and gross looking and the toilet wouldn't flush. When got out of the park and took a shower, all I could smell was urine.

The people working were really awesome except one desk clerk who wore a mask and didn't look up from his game on the computer. I felt like he wore the mask so he didn't have to interact with anyone.
The beds were not comfortable.
Breakfast was different every morning and very good. The dining area staff was really nice.

Very cozy and comfortable rooms. Walking distance to food and souvenir shopping. It was super quiet and was just perfect for our adventure to Yellowstone. The front desk was friendly and helpful. Thank you! 10/10 will stay again.

The whole place was Excellent. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast had many good options to choose from and was kept stocked. The Kids "LOVED" the pool which was a REAL treat after a long day driving and time spent at the Park. We had 3 queen sized beds and had ample room. The price was very reasonable. It was an excellent choice and I would recommend this place.

I was in Days Inn for 2 days and 1 night. The place is 2-3 min drive away from the Yellowstone National Park Visitor center and about 6-7 min drive from the West entrance of the National Park. It is also close to the in-town gift shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and the complimentary breakfast was good.

Good location to walk around the town. Breakfast was great!!

The breakfast was enjoyable even though the dining area was extremely dusty. The food was good.
Did not like the lay out of the room. It was dirty, had several large spiders in it that we killed, curtains were torn and it looked old and shabby for the price that was being asked. Even booking through Expedia. Would not recommend this hotel.

It is an older property but that being said staff is amazing, breakfast was great and room large. Didn't use the pool and water slide but looked like fun!

Typical resort town hotel. Over priced and under delivered. It’s wore out and on the dirty side. Arrived in room , no toilet paper, called front desk. Was told I had to come to front desk and pick up one roll, only one roll.

The Days Inn is in a good location, but because it's in West Yellowstone it's expensive, like everything else there. That was expected, but the hard beds didn't let us get any sleep, which was unexpected. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was okay but not great.

The property was okay, but the price was very expensive, likely because of the proximity to the Park.

A quite location to rest after visiting the national park.
Close to great restaurants within walking distance.

Breakfast was good. There was not enough staff for housekeeping on a daily basis. The room was clean, big enough and the staff was pleasant.

Many choices at breakfast time. Easy walk to shopping & dining. Barely a mile to West entrance of Yellowstone Park.

No linen change or towel change. Thermostat fixed at max 65 outside temp in 30’s
When requested dropping one day of stay rejected and they kept full pay for 4 days.
